And we are back! 🤩
We genuinely feel so lucky to have crossed paths with Sean from 5th Avenue Floorstore. He was initially recommended to us by one of the workers on our development, and from the moment we checked out his YouTube channel and Instagram, we were blown away by the level of detail, precision, and pride he puts into every single job.
Seeing his craft online is one thing, but experiencing his customer care firsthand is on another level entirely. Sean is super responsive, approachable, and treats you like family from day one. A very charismatic guy indeed!
Before finding him, we had spoken to sooo many other tradesmen. Honestly, trust me when I say I know a lot more about flooring than I ever should, simply because none of the other tradesmen could properly answer my questions or give me confidence that what I wanted could actually be done. They all struggled when it came to the complex parts—handling the stairs, removing skirting boards properly, or doing seamless infinity fittings.
Meeting Sean was like finally arriving on land after being lost at sea. Right away, he proudly assured us that every single one of those details was completely covered, and I knew I had finally found our guy.
He delivered exactly what he promised: bespoke stairs matched perfectly to the floor colour with no ugly grey dividers, flawless infinity drops, skirting boards neatly removed and replaced, and the prettiest, most resistant floor on the market.

Absolute perfection. Chef's kiss! 👌

(His YouTube Channel is actually fun, don't forget to have a look jejeje)

We used 5th Avenue Floor Store for the flooring in our new build home in Adamstown, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Sean took the time to understand what we wanted, gave honest advice on the options that suited our budget and layout, and the quote was clear with no hidden extras.

The fitting team arrived on time, worked cleanly, and finished within 2 days. The floor and carpet look fantastic, and the finishing around the doors, stairs and skirting is really neat. Communication was easy throughout – Sean always replied quickly and kept us updated.

As first-time buyers with a lot to organise, it was a relief to deal with someone so reliable. Would happily recommend Sean and the team to anyone moving into a new home.

Just had our floors done by Sean and his team and couldn’t be happier. We had been let down by two flooring companies but Sean managed to fit us in quickly as we had big time constraints with other contractors coming in. He really saved the day for us.

We have a very old house with some complicated subfloor issues and Sean was really knowledgeable and advised us on the best way to manage it. It was clear he has a lot of experience and no issue seemed insurmountable.

The carpentry team were also amazing and really skilled, clean and reliable, and it was great to have tradesmen that take pride in their work. Sean called out the morning the work started to go through the plan with the team and us which we appreciated.

Really happy with the finished floors and would definitely recommend Sean and his team.

Sean is absolutely incredible. He constantly kept me up to date with the process. The flooring was flawless and I didn't have to worry about anything. Even down to picking up and dropping the keys he would drive over himself. I really appreciate how much care he puts into his job, flooring and customers. You would not regret choosing 5th avenue flooring!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is the second time I’ve used 5th Avenue Flooring and once again the experience was brilliant.

Sean looked after everything from start to finish and made the whole process completely hassle-free. The floors and carpets turned out absolutely amazing, but what really impressed me was the attention to detail throughout the house. Even the skirting boards were finished and painted to perfection.

The whole house was left with a proper turnkey finish and the quality of the work is incredible. You can tell Sean takes real pride in getting every detail right.

I honestly couldn’t recommend Sean and 5th Avenue Flooring enough. After using them twice now, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Sean was a pleasure to deal with. An expert in the area offering great advice on the right carpets and flooring. Never tried to push more expensive materials or anything. Had the whole house done in 24 hours, what a team! Could not recommend highly enough. If you want great customer service, high quality floors and carpeting and always contactable, Sean is your only man.
