For nearly 100 years 66˚North’s products have been designed and proven in Iceland, worn by everyday people and outdoor professionals in some of the world’s most challenging conditions.
 In 2021 we became a certified B Corp, joining a global community of brands meeting high standards of environmental and social impact. Everything we make is approached with a circular mindset - designing and making products that are fit for purpose, made to last, repairable, and create minimal waste - with end-of-life considered at the beginning.

I was unhappy with the return and…

I was unhappy with the return and exchange policy. When the item I ordered didn’t fit, an exchange for the correct size wasn’t available, and I was required to pay return shipping. Because of this experience, I won’t be buying from 66°North again.

Unacceptable returns policy,

Returned package was received back at London store well over a week ago, and the only communication I have is the courier notification of the parcel being delivered....no refund, no information

66North have done NOTHING, totally unacceptable and will be going through my bank.

Avoid this company.

Realy great hats

Realy great hats. I use the hats for working under the helmet with chainsaws, both sizes once over the ears once ears free are fantastic and I am happy to have both

Tres beaux!

Livraison rapide, super qualité et les couleurs correspondent aux images. Donc je suis super contente de mon achat et de cette marque (qui reste pourtant assez cher; d'où mon achat de vêtements soldés).

Incredible cold weather gear and fast shipping

The clothes were premium quality. It is difficult to really tell the features and assess value with the online pictures. But everything that I have purchased from 66North has been exceptional. Plus, it is incredibly well made that will last the rest of my life. Americans are typically a little thicker than Scandinavian / Icelandic people. But the size was fairly true to size (just like 3-5% smaller). Finally, I purchased a scarf that is incredibly stylish, warm and the envy of my friends. I never thought that I could love a scarf so much.

Quality products and quick delivery

Quality products and quick delivery. The only drawback is that tariffs costs suck- but it’s a good reason to visit Iceland and buy in person (and see the beautiful country).

I ordered a hoodie from 66 degree North…

I ordered a hoodie from 66 degree North and mistake occurred with delivery when using Apple Pay, it selected collection from Regent Street. I live in Scotland.
After contacting International Customer service, CS Agent Lorcan was very helpful and I cannot fault the Regent Street store who quickly resolved the issue and I received my hoodie by DPD 24 hours later. Asthildur from Regent street was extremely helpful and both kept me updated and the postage was free despite the error being Apple Pay.
Superb customer service and I would highly recommend 66 Degree North , Regent Street and 66 degree North, for customer service and outstanding quality garments.

Not my best experience

Their products are great, but refund / exchange service wasn't. They even charge the shipping back of 20€ (quite high) if you want to return. In this case it was a Christmas present, so tbh I expected we could change size, or refund, if she didn't like it. Not the case here.

As someone working within the sector, I understand shipping costs can be costly for brands, but charging 20€ for return?! With these conditions, I will never shop at 66north.com again.
