For nearly 100 years 66˚North’s products have been designed and proven in Iceland, worn by everyday people and outdoor professionals in some of the world’s most challenging conditions.
 In 2021 we became a certified B Corp, joining a global community of brands meeting high standards of environmental and social impact. Everything we make is approached with a circular mindset - designing and making products that are fit for purpose, made to last, repairable, and create minimal waste - with end-of-life considered at the beginning.

Men’s base layer

Jeg er allerede på vagt bestilte…

Jeg er allerede på vagt på min søns vegne, han bestilte express levering ORDER EO-13727 og to døgn senere er der ikke engang et tracking nummer og kundeservice svarer ikke.. 66north I påstår i tager klager op til overvejelse og bruger dem konstruktivt, men jeres chat til kundeservice har ikke virket i flere dage.. det er synd når jeres varer er lækre nok, at i ikke leverer pakker og kundeservice på højt niveau.. det er trist 😥

I liked it right away because it is…

I liked it right away because it is described in great detail on the website. The purchase and shipping went smoothly. The quality of the hat is very good, it fits perfectly and is really nice and warm. It also protects my ears very well. It may not be the cheapest hat, but it's worth every penny! I definitely recommend buying it.

Jeg ved ikke helt hvad der gik galt men…

Jeg ved ikke helt hvad der gik galt men fik en trøje i en forkert størrelse.

Kundeservice er længe om at svare på henvendelse og det svar jeg fik var ok men passede ikke helt til virkeligheden mht til at sende varen retur og bestille den korrekte størrelse, så måske ekstra udgifter for mig - lidt svært at gennemskue. Høfligt svar men ærgerligt at jeg nåede at bestille en ny trøje i korrekt størrelse hvor jeg måske kunne have sparet lidt penge på retur. Vær opmærksom på, at man ikke får det fulde beløb retur og jeg blev trukket ca 150kr for retur og nu skal jeg også betale 100kr for at sende varen retur - dyr affære efterhånden.

Trøjer er lækker 😊

Great clothes and great service

Great clothes and great service! Really happy with the item which was a gift, and very well received. Only hoping that tariffs to USA end soon, or that I get to go back to Iceland and avoid them again soon.

Meget skuffende oplevelse

Meget skuffende oplevelse. Jeg bestilte skibukser den 26. december, men har stadig ikke modtaget dem her den 11. januar – på trods af at de var til en skitur den 12. januar. Jeg kontaktede kundeservice uden svar og ringede først senere, hvorefter ordren blev sendt alt for sent. Det er frustrerende, især fordi jeg normalt har haft gode erfaringer med 66°North.

No delivery yet

I ordered a raincoat and paid on 30th of December, but have not received the delivery yet. There is no further information of delay or cancellation.

Lang leveringstid

Jeg bestilte en jakke d. 30/12, og nu d. 11. januar har jeg stadig ikke modtaget nogen e-mail eller besked på, at jakken er blevet sendt afsted. Da jeg kontakter kundeservice får jeg afvide, at jeg bare må vente til, at jeg får en e-mail.
Der står leveringstid på 4-6 arbejsdagem og det er nu næsten 2 uger siden jeg bestilte.

Tak for din anmeldelse. Vi er kede af at høre om forsinkelsen og den manglende opdatering omkring din ordre. Det er forståeligt, at det kan være frustrerende, især når leveringstiden på hjemmesiden er 4-6 arbejdsdage.

Da vi desværre ikke har et ordre nummer, kan vi ikke se præcist, hvor langt ordren er. Vi håber dog, at du snart modtager jakken og får glæde af den.

Die Jacke ist sehr gut verarbeitet und warm. Sie entspricht genau der Vorstellung, die man von der Beschreibung und den Bildern bekommt. Die Passform ist sehr gut. Die Lieferung erfolgte schnell.
