False Delayed delivery dates, this has happened on many occasions

I ordered 3 branded shoes paying AED 511 during online sales. But the branded shoes are so hard and all are duplicates Chinese products.Branded companies should ban them selling these kind of products and fooling customers in the name of online sale. The card details deducted from Apparel FZCO and 6th street.This is my first and last online purchase from third parties.

Awful service. They don’t even refund me my money for incorrect description on app. For their fault. I’m waiting already 1 month. They can’t send any approval documents. SCAM!!!!!

I received the tracking suit today, and I found the quick international delivery within less than 24 hours quite suspicious. To my dismay, the suit has a distinct laundry detergent smell, indicating that it has been used. Additionally, despite ordering a medium size, I received a large size with the label seemingly altered to appear as medium. Do you think we are naive customers who can be fooled? This experience has shattered my trust in this application. I had full confidence in its services, but after this incident, I have no intention of placing any future orders, and I will advise my friends against doing so as well. It's disheartening to feel deceived in this manner, and it reflects poorly on the integrity of your service.

Selling with them as a supplier on consignment,they sell our products and do NOT pay us for 6-7 months. Theu violate their own agreement and we can not receive back our own consignment stock for 6 months now ! They are supposed to pay the following month they sell .I will complain about them to DED and also start a case.If there are more suppliers like us ,please join me , i will pay legal fees.

Im writing this again return has done one week ago. till now my return money i don’t received. And last week Monday i called customer service and follow up as they said It’s take one week and i waited a-week and till now there is no update.

And this oder product damaged and the experience i have till now very disappointed i’m to begging to receive my own money to get back. And it’s irritated all the time calling and writing emails to follow back. The service is very worst. If i’m not gonna receive this week my return money i ll take my next action.

I order twice and I received all orders in damage items. Why are you giving customers a damage item? We paid right but you dont give good items. I paid almost 700 for two orders but all damage.

Scammers of a company. I just lost a lot of money from my wallet. Received no notifications, no emails. They force you into getting your money as store credit. Useless customer service.

being as a seller giving to review ,
its such a doing cureption with our orders , in their sales sheet alot of orders which delivered it to customer but not mentioned in the their sheet. if i not calculated our inventory match with their sales i will not relealised.

They keep delivering wrong products, and the customer care is of little to no help. Very disappointed with this.

This company is an absolute disgrace! Their so-called "commitment" to honesty is nothing but a sham. Don't even get me started on their abysmal delivery track record. They couldn't meet a deadline if their lives depended on it.

And let's talk about their customer care – if you can even call it that. Rude doesn't even begin to cover it. It's like dealing with a pack of wolves who have zero interest in helping you. Good luck getting any sort of assistance or respect from those clowns.

Save yourself the headache and stay far away from this company. They're a bunch of dishonest, incompetent, and disrespectful charlatans. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere. Your time and money are better spent anywhere but with these sorry excuses for a business.

Horrible. Quick to pick up the item I wanted return but have been waiting for 2 months for the refund. No proper updates provided to me and the same e-mail response every time I contact them. The purchase was expensive.

Nothing ever arrives on time. They don't even update the status of your package when it runs late. Don't bother with 6th Street. There are plenty other services in Dubai that are a way better option with better customer service. If you do want to use then make sure you have 3 to 4 weeks to wait for one order.

Absolutely awful delivery experience. I ordered twice in the space to two months and my product did not arrive on the due date. Eventually I had to cancel my product.

WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER!
This website is an absolute scam!!! They delayed my shipment twice and they’re not transparent about their delivery dates on their application and website. I’m waiting for a shipment that I need for traveling and they have absolutely no regards for that. Customer service does this know what they’re doing and they’re not helpful at all. Do not shop 6th street, you’ll regret it.
