I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with Level Shoes. When I placed my order the product photos and even the name suggested a beige colour however when the shoes arrived they were noticeably more purple toned than beige which was very misleading.

When I contacted customer service to request an exchange for the correct colour I was told that exchanges are not possible and only returns are allowed. This means I would have to return the item wait around a week for the refund and then place a completely new order again which is very inconvenient.

It also took a long time and multiple attempts just to reach their customer service team which was frustrating. For a brand under the Chalhoub Group I expected a much higher standard of service and smoother customer support.

Overall the experience felt inefficient and disappointing especially considering the brand positioning and pricing.

No product, no refund, no credit with no communication!

I didn't receive my items was out of 150.00 and when calling "customer care" they don't care. They said they would stay an investigation. A month later I had to to call only to find out that there was nothing they could about my order. There's no management to speak to or at least what I was told. So no communication, no resolution, no product, and no refund. So I'm out of 150.00 and they're like thanks for shopping with us. With absolutely no remorse. I will never order from this company again and if you value your money I suggest look elsewhere.

Twice I have ordered and both…

Twice I have ordered and both transactions were a nightmare. Company needs to go out of business and start over.
First time they sent me shoes that had been worn.
2nd time they did not deliver. Asked me to go to some pick up locker after I paid a premium for shipping. They arbitrarily returned the shoes for the wrong amount.
Too bad........great product.

Very poor customer service for UK customers

Very poor customer service for UK customers. Advertises free returns but i had to pay and after reading other review i was not convinced i would be refunded. Eventually i was given a refund around a month later but I had to chase and chase on email to get a returns label then i had to pay and the only phone number for the UK to speak to someone is a very expensive cost to be transferred to Dubai. Avoid.

Keep damage item with you

They sent me damage glass and since one day I’m calling and sending emails with a photos of scratch. From my personal email they was keep telling that they didn’t get any reply back. But I send 7 replies and each with photos. Then I sent from my work email and I called them to see if they received . Yes and they reply that the process will take 48 hours . This is very bad , 24 hours to receive email and 48 to consider the request. I’m not sure in the end it will be solved. They rejected to refund with no reason

Horrible online experience

Horrible online experience! Item came damaged and no one did anything about it. Do not buy from them! I bought Valentino shoes for my mom’s birthday, opened them as soon as they were delivered and found out one of the heals were damaged. E-mailed them right away and they said we investigated and it is considered ‘used’ so we can’t do anything about it. Avoid them if you can.

Their customer support on the phone is…

Their customer support on the phone is non existent. There is no option to cancel an order. You have to phone them to do so. Well they were closed when I called. And they shipped my order out before they even opened the next business day so by the time I got to speak with someone to cancel, it had shipped out already. Super annoying. I waited 35 minutes when they JUST OPENED on the phone to reach a live agent who was useless.

Disappointing return policy – accused of "using" shoes I only tried on

Extremely disappointed. I ordered shoes, tried them on once in my room, and found them uncomfortable. I returned them immediately, but Level Shoes rejected my refund, claiming they were "used."

It is impossible to check for fit without trying them on, yet they used this as an excuse to deny a return. They even cited "CCTV footage" of their packing process, which doesn’t change the fact that I only briefly tried them indoors. Now I am stuck with expensive, uncomfortable shoes. I will never shop here again.

NOT a scam--DEF legit!

I was hesitant as the order was advised coming from Dubai and i wanted to be sure it was legit--VERY LEGIT. All black new balance 327s I couldnt find in the US arrived within 5 days of being ordered. Packaged nicely! Def worth it and NOT a scam!!

Extremely disappointed with the delivery service.

I placed an online order with Level Shoes on October 25th, purchasing three pairs of shoes with the promise of same-day delivery between 10 pm and 12 am. At 11:17 pm, the courier called saying the car had broken down and promised delivery the next morning between 10:30 and 11 am.

Just one minute later (at 11:18 pm), I received an SMS from the courier company saying they couldn’t reach me and would reschedule the delivery — which was completely untrue. When I followed up the next day (October 26th at 12 pm), the driver said he would check and call back, but never did.

After I contacted Level Shoes customer service, they apologized but said they couldn’t provide an exact delivery time and would “make sure” I receive the order sometime today. As a result, I’ve had to spend my entire weekend waiting, even though the advertised “90-minute delivery” clearly wasn’t met.

Very disappointing experience from a brand that positions itself as premium.

Unresolved Exchange Issue with Level Shoes

Dear, Level Shoes, has provided a very poor experience when it comes to exchanging items. I submitted my exchange request last August 2 and have yet to receive any feedback. Sometimes, I don't even get a reply from customer service, and when I do, it's rude.

I am writing to express my deep…

I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with your app and the overall experience I had while trying to resell brand-new items through your platform.

First of all, the process is incredibly time-consuming and inefficient. It took over three weeks just to receive a pricing offer for brand new, never-used items. To make matters worse, the offer I received was shockingly low and completely unacceptable, especially considering the items were in perfect, unused condition.

What’s even more unacceptable is that the payout is split between a small cash amount and store credit – something that was not made clear at all before pickup. I rejected the offer, and I was told I’d have to pay for the return delivery – which I did, fine. But now, I’m being told I must wait another two weeks just to get my items back? That’s over six weeks wasted, and I still don’t have my property in hand.

And here’s the worst part: now I can’t return the shoes elsewhere because you’ve labeled them under a lower valuation. Your process is not just inconvenient – it’s deceptive, and your customer service is unresponsive and unhelpful.

If you’re going to run a business like this, the policies need to be made clear upfront, especially before collecting items. This experience has been beyond frustrating, and I feel completely taken advantage of.

I expect a resolution – either a faster return of my items without delay, or proper compensation for the time, money, and stress this has caused.

No refund for a cancelled order

It’s been over 22 days, and I’m still waiting for a refund on an order that was canceled the same day it was placed.

Despite multiple follow-ups and emails, every customer service representative keeps extending the refund window—even though the official communication clearly states that refunds are processed within 7 days.

Do Not Order from Level Shoes – My Honest Experience

I want to share my honest experience with Level Shoes, and I strongly advise others not to order anything from them.

This company has shown a complete lack of responsibility. They sent me defective products, and when I asked for a refund, they simply ignored the request. Even after filing complaints with government consumer protection authorities, they acted as if they didn’t care.

For a second time, I placed another order, returned it properly, and received an email saying the refund was processed — but no money ever arrived in my account. When I contacted them, they just told me to “check with my bank,” which was nothing more than an excuse. I checked multiple times — no refund. So now I’m left with no product and no money.

Their emails may sound polite, but the reality is: they don’t take responsibility, and they don’t respect their customers.

This has been a terrible experience, and I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through the same thing. If you’re thinking of buying from Level Shoes — don’t. Save your time, money, and peace of mind. There are much more reliable companies out there.

The most horrible luxury service in Dubai

Absolutely, horrible service. I packed my shoes myself to the bag, five people passed me to each other couldn’t find my reserve shoes for one hour. They treated me like I’m there for a favor. I bought the shoe but never ever I’m coming back to the store ,not even one percent Luxury service.

I want to write a very bad review about…

I want to write a very bad review about this store.last time we've ordered a valentino slipper and we recieved it with damage . The won't change it after many calls the bring it with another damage.
And today my husband he ordered it another one they called him and they said the slipper that we want to send has a little damage can u accept it?? Really ?? How come a big company they call a customer to inform him that the item he s gonna recieve it with a damage? Are they waiting to say yes it's OK?
Anyhow a very bad experience i don't recommend

BUNCH OF THIEVES DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY ITEMS FOR SALE!!!!
I sent few preloved items to resell, it's been more than a month now, they keep saying they are picturing and pricing.
When I requested to return they want me to pay 60 dhms. Probably they do that with all clients.
