I’ve been waiting since December 1 for 6th Street and their partner Vamos to pick up my package still nothing. The delivery team showed up two days ago without any prior notice and just left without completing the pickup. Now, whenever I call customer care, I’m automatically disconnected after an IVR message says, “We’re looking into your case.” This kind of negligence and disregard for customers is completely unacceptable. Extremely disappointed, I strongly urge others to think twice before using 6th Street.

I’ve had the most disappointing and stressful experience with 6th Street. My order never arrived, yet the system shows it as “delivered.” I’ve been calling back-to-back for updates, and still received no clear answer, no resolution, and no refund.
Their so-called “guaranteed on-time delivery” is absolutely false. Customer service keeps repeating the same scripted responses, but nobody actually fixes anything. It’s the busiest holiday season, and they clearly have no control over their orders or logistics.
This experience has been a complete hassle, with zero accountability from their side. I would never recommend 6th Street to anyone based on this level of service and chaos.
If you value your time, money, or peace of mind — avoid ordering from here.

They dont deli-ever on time, they dont have any solution for anything customer services is worst, I ordered something that I needed urgently and its been 5 days they didn't deliver. I called many times there is no solution at all I dont know what to do I haven't seen such a irresponsible behavior ever, If they cant delivery why they take order I called them many times they don't have any update any solution for anything it seems I’ve wasted my money and they will neither deliver my items nor they will refund.

I am extremely dissatisfied and frustrated with the service I have received. I would give a lower rating if it were possible. I placed multiple orders yesterday because I urgently needed the items before leaving for my vacation. One package arrived correctly, with 3 boxes, but to my shock, 1 box has an item in it and 2 boxes contained nothing but an empty box from @Steve Maden.
What makes this situation even worse is the way my complaint has been handled. I contacted your support team immediately, expecting a clear solution for an issue this serious. Instead, all I received were empty promises from multiple agents with no real action taken. Not a single person took responsibility or provided a concrete resolution.
I paid for an item with my hard-earned money and received absolutely nothing. This is completely unacceptable. I expect this matter to be resolved urgently, with either a replacement sent immediately or a full refund processed without delay.
This experience has caused me unnecessary stress and inconvenience, and it has severely damaged my trust in your service.
Brainless non existent customer service
I ordered somethings that i needed for my upcoming trip, its been a day and theres no development the items are not even on its way to me. The arabic lady who answered my call confirmed that the items are in Dubai but refused to follow up from their logistics team. She couldnt even wait to hang up and cuts me when im speaking. Very bad customer service.

Bought 4 items on 7th November 2025, 1 item needed an exchange we received it on 9th, same time after trying we request an exchange, spoke to customer service and promised a replacement the next day, its been 6 days no one is coming. Called and complaint many times but the customer service keep lying and telling someone will come to replace it. Very bad service.

The product hasn't been delivered, but it shows has been delivered. No one has answered for 4 days. I ask to speak to the courier company, but they refuse to do so and they have no information. I say I need to get the product and I'm going for a vacation, but they don't care. What an irresponsible company. This is the first time something like this has happened to me in Dubai. I will never shop there again!!

The complains on this website are 100% true. The customer care is the absolute WORST!! First, they have products on the website which are sold out but they don’t tell you that. So you end up buying products which never get delivered and they cancel you days later. Secondly, the drivers are always late. Never on time, very rude on phone, constantly lie. This company used to be great and now it’s a compete nightmare and the staff are not helpful at all.
