Had issue today while playing or betting my account was logged out automatically. I tried changing password but it has an error. This is unacceptable!

This betting site uses a fraudulent system..i bet for a game of basketball with -26.5 odd and after clicking it it changes to -28.5 odd..i immediately cancelled it but the system did not respond..unfortunately i loss the game for a point handicap -27..customer service did not understand my point and insisting that it was my fault..im very disappointed..no refund..
