Absolutely shocking and unacceptable treatment from 7Days.
The moment I finally won £50, my account was suddenly and permanently banned out of nowhere. No proper explanation, no evidence, no warning — just instantly locked out like I’d done something wrong when I hadn’t.
It honestly feels like the ban was triggered because I won. Up until then, everything was fine. The timing is beyond suspicious.
I tried reaching out to customer support to resolve this, but they were completely useless. Cold, dismissive, and clearly not interested in helping at all. No empathy, no effort to investigate, just copy-paste responses and a final “decision” with zero transparency.
They’ve not only taken away access to my account, but also completely ruined what was previously an enjoyable experience. To be treated like this as a customer is incredibly frustrating and genuinely upsetting.
I feel cheated, ignored, and disrespected.
Avoid this platform unless you’re happy risking your account being shut down the moment you actually win something.
