Hey Sam,

Thank you for sharing your experience, although that is definitely not how we want your experience to be!
I'm having customer service look into this immediately and we will make this right for you. I've requested some additional information on this review so I can route it correctly, but rest assured we'll fix this.

Just to clarify: we do always send a billing reminder 3 days before your billing date. Also would be puzzled how your subscriptions could have doubled without your action as that isn't possible through our system. As soon as I receive the additional information, will be looking into this personally as well!
