A1 is ever worst telecommunication company in the world. I travel a lot and no communication company is so mean to the customer, as they are. Their employees have attitude, they are arrogant, laying to the customers about the temporary SIM cards. I usually come to BG only on the summer and their service is getting worst. Congratulations A1 you got the 1st place in the world for worst customer service. Don't you feel ashamed to have so many bad reviews. Wonder how you are still in business. Hope you will go bancrupcy soon.

This might be the worst internet we've EVER had, customer service? useless, trying to pay? impossible, or always have to pay more even if you have a plan... The web is catastrophic, when you try to write something, it messes up everything... Total robbers as well, they make up excuses so you pay more, it's so expensive and they just want you to pay more and more, even trying to pay is hard, if you click 25€ it goes up to 40€, and also the WORST OF ALL, we have a plan of 9,90€, and we had 7€ on our account, EVERYTIME WE PAY IT JUST KEEPS DECREASING OUR MONEY, TAKING IT AS A TIP! WE PAID 7€ WE PAID 5€ MORE, STILL NOT WORKING absolutely horrible, making up excuses just for us to pay more they actually don't care about customers, not only that when we paid 10€ WHICH WE SHOULDNT HAVE DONE THAT BECAUSE OUR PLAN IS 9,90€ WE JUST DID IT TO HAVE ENOUGH INTERNET, IT WAS STILL 5€, mind YOU, they DIDN'T ANSWER OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Overall, if I could give this company 0 stars I would, worst internet, customer service, payment method, horrible, thank you for the horrible service you have given us, we'll make sure to tell everyone about the horrible service that you give to your customers. :))))) It looks like you don't even know how to make an actual good company, uhm sorry but this is absolutely useless, hopefully people don't come to this company anymore, so they don't receive this poorless service.

Terrible Internet! No proper customer service! Paying to call THEIR technical support! Not a single good thing I can tell about them!

I've been waiting a week for A1 BG to replace my TV Box. I took it to the shop and they said I needed to call A1! 72 hours later noone has called to fix it!!!!! What are we paying these huge fees for, where is the prompt service??? All I got from the sales assistant in Pavlikeni is, '' Do you want to cancel your contract? What sort of customer service assistance is this?

Shit service. Terrible speeds, double charging of fees, terrible customer service.

This car yard and Vince deserve less than 1 Star
As a female I was very keen to buy a vehicle from them. In the beginning it’s a typical nice attitude approach.
I asked to have an inspection carried out as I wanted know what requires repairs and what the car may need in 6 months
Vince was reluctant to have the car inspected as he assured me it’s been through his works shop
Anyway I had an independent inspection carried out
I was told the DPF had been cut open and hollowed out (hence the smell which Vince said was normal)
It had badly painted panels with rust beginning to show
The transmissions clutch wear was high and would require replacement soon
The list goes on and on
Vince picked up the car from the inspection mechanic then called him on the phone and verbally abused him.
The mechanic advised that he simply gave a rueful honest report. That’s what I expected to receive.
The mechanic advised me of Vince’s bad attitude and abuse.
Never buy anything from this dodgy shonky business
Or insist on an independent inspection.
Also my apologies to the Mechanic that carried out this inspection
No one deserves to be treated so disgustingly.

questo sono dei truffatori legali, ti dicono che cominci pagare meno ma da prima fattura mi e arrivato doppio rispetto quello che pagavo con Vivacom, attenzione non fare mai contratto sulla azienda!!! dopo 2 mesi di utilizzo ho chiuso contratto e mi hanno fatto pagare 1600 leva x che ho chiuso in anticipo.

Техниците спазиха часа и деня на уговорката за монтажа, но след няколко СЕКУНДНО посещение в апартамента, без да гледат къде са буксите за връзка ми казаха, че не е възможно и ще дойдат пак. Не знам кога ще имам интернет.

Few years back, one of their representatives in Vratsa, Bulgaria, tricked my elderly grandfather to move from prepaid service to a 2-year contract with internet with high monthly fee. He didn't know what the internet was and had a very simple phone, on which he only knew how to call my mother, his daughter. He thought his other grandkids that live far from the city will call him more with internet.

Attempts to find the employee were unsuccessful, she was never at work or at the office.

Една звезда е твърде много за тези мошеници! Излъгаха ни, че имат покритие в нашето населено място за да подпишем договор. След това се оказа, че нямат нито покритие, нито интернет там където се намира нашата къща. Подадохме сигнал и уж назначиха проверка, която според тях потвърждава, че има сигнал близо до къщата ни. Не пожелаха да коментират, че като потребители очакваме услугата да покрива и територията на нашия имот вместо да достига близо до него. Не пожелаха да споделят и името на техника извършил проверката, нито точните резултати от нея. Според тях случаят е приключен! Принудени сме да плащаме две години за услуга, която не получаваме! Пазете се и проверявайте внимателно какво ви предлагат защото после няма измъкване от тези измамници. Лъжат най-нагло и след това ви третират като дебили. Вместо качествена услуга получавате надменно отношение и некадърност. Пазете се!

A1 Bulgaria is a scam. They lie clients and what is written in the website is not true!!!!
They charge roaming on 0,99 bearing in mind you already paid for roaming and then they said they can not fix the invoice which is illegal. They also ask for money to give to talk with Customer Service or even to provide you with detailed Invoice. This company must be investigated for fraud as they definitely lie their clients with incorrect provided information!!! Please anyone in A1 run

A1 in N. Macedonia is a scam. We bought two routers (bcs. the signal is so week and I didn‘t find a repeater) and an extra SIM for an old iPhone to be used as router as well. Signal still weak - so we were invited to go to A1 and receive new routers, which we did. One of the „new“ routers was an used device, and the contracts we received contained not the SN numbers of our routers, i.e. we might be paying for the cousin of the „expert“ in the shop. Went back to replace the defunct router, argued with a very nasty arrogant male and finally got another device and they promised to cancel the contract - which we can‘t verify. Back home after 2 hrs - the other „new“ router doesn‘t work. Now it is 3 days that it doesn‘t work, support says „switch on/of and clean the SIM card“ and then „we‘ll call you“. Nobody called till 26 Mar 25 of course. I tried again, insisting to speak to someone in English, and 2 hours later I got a call telling me to go to a A1 office and exchange the router, which didn‘t make sense, since the router was functioning. I did this and I got a new router. Back home, the until then functioning router blinked red. Back to the office (my taxi bill is now higher than the monthly fees for A1) and showed the document according to which they have switched on the new (5th) router, but switched off the functioning one.
To summarize: A1 kept exchanging my functioning routers instead of simply fixing a mistake in my records that THEY made. This is why A1 is so expensive.
I was wise enough to make a prepaid contract, so I‘m not going to extend and will „only“ loose less than 50€ and will try to find another provider.

The biggest scammers in all of Bulgaria, even worse than Millennium. Tried to lie saying we used a home phone to call vivacom for 6 hours everyday for a span of 2 weeks, when the phone was never removed from its box. Also charged me for two separate wifi boxes when I asked for one. Signed a 70 bgn contract and they tried to make me pay 120 bgn, after which they said they would ‘investigate the issue’ GO TO VIVACOM

Worst Bulgarian operator they have signal only in Sofia other major city you barely have any signal even if you’re with 5g max signal is 2

I recently re-signed my contract with A1 bg. and returning to Great Britain I was unpleasantly surprised, the only option for roaming is Revolut for BGN 5 per day. How is a contract re-signed? in a store of a1 in a metropolitan mall they kindly tell you that the standard a are the same as before at a cheaper price and invite you electronically to put a few signatures without having access to content. Then they send you a contract by email that is encrypted and you can't open it. I have been their customer for more than 20 years, I called to ask what this was and they most brazenly explained to me that as soon as I signed the contract that was it. I do not recommend anyone to become a1's customer.

They can not cancel the contact and want to bill you for the rest of our life. A1 is a racketeering internet company. I told over the phone many times I want to cancel contact, and they tell me I have to go to their office with ID. I have stopped paying them. SCAM Company don't use A1.
