A2X's support team has gone above and beyond at every opportunity. I entered a project part way through and was taking over for someone that left me a bit of a tangled mess.

The support team saved me dozens of hours by helping me quickly get to the bottom of things.

I just started working with A2X I learned about them through a Claude recommendation to optimize my accounting processes, and it has been a fantastic choice. We’ve connected our Amazon Seller Central and our Shopify transactions and so far everything is running, smooth and significantly reduces the reconciliation process in QuickBooks.

A2X has been incredible for us! Has saved us so much time and is the first resource I found that connects directly to Amazon, is accurate, and great customer service when we've needed it. Highly recommend.

She has taken the time to jump on calls, patiently guide us through each step, and ensure we fully understood how everything works.

Makes accounting for e-commerece seem like a walk in the park. Support is also helpful whenever there are discrepancies!

Poor customer service. I asked for help and then got sent an "how to do it yourself" email. It will be faster. No service once they get your money. beware.

I was stunned with the friendliness and promptness of their customer service, I had an issue which was neither mine nor A2X, but Amazon's. The A2X connected with amazon and got the issue resolved with minimal involvement from me. 5 stars for sure would recommend.

I was so nervous to start using a Shopify integration, but the support at A2X is unparalleled! The team is so kind! Robert took the time to help me map out all my accounts and continues to answer questions as I stumble upon them. It has saved me so much bookkeeping time switching to A2X. Highly recommend!

A2X is probably the most important integration tool for my online business! Take the time to set it up correctly and you will get accurate and detailed financial information you can rely on. I don't think it possible to manually accomplish what A2X does on a transactional basis. I'm a huge fan and am grateful for the staff support on every level. They respond quckly and work through questions informatively.

I have just recently started with A2x for a cleanup of a client for Etsy for 2025. I did some research, watched some videos and reached out to their chat for questions. I had someone email me the next day to set up a meeting and to see if A2X was going to work for us. I was able to book the meeting the next day, signed up and started my onboarding a couple days later. Everyone was very friendly and quick with their responses to emails and forwarding my questions to the right people to get help when I needed it as time is a factor for this client. This app says so many hours of manual entry and I am so greatful. I was able to get help every step of the way to get set up and start posting in. I highly recommend this and their fantastic team there at A2x. You will not be disappointed!

I had two Customer Service representatives that stuck with me for over a week. They never let my "ticket" disappear until we resolved it. They continued to follow up with me; their patience was amazing. Their knowledge and thoroughness was incredible. I am so thankful and appreciative of their help. Beyond expectations!!!
