Outstanding!
Outstanding! a family member was abroad in a difficult situation, they were relying on WhatsApp which works well but is no use if you're trying to call an embassy or any institution that is not on the WhatsApp network. Through Andrews and Arnold we were able to set up a voip line immediately and using the Groundwire App create a phone line that is contactable worldwide via normal phone networks. We had a small issue but there support department was also excellent in resolving the problem. The amazing thing is this is not an expensive service. If you have love ones abroad and are relying on WhatsApp over a Data only Esim it works fine until you're in trouble, I think a Andrews & Arnold Voip line is essential. i cannot recommend them enough.
Upgrade FTTC -> FTTP
A&A were ready their end, so having organised Openreach to organise Kelly to do the physical install, switching over Just Worked.

It's coming up to a year since I subscribed to Andrews & Arnold's's VOIP service. At the time I joined the connection was faultless and now I've had a year to know how it has been. And there hasn't been any cause for concern or complaint at all .... it simply works and continues to allow me a number of choices how any incoming calls are dealt with.
I have my calls answered by their answering service and have the message left by the caller sent to my mobile phone. Easy peasy - and free.

Seamless upgrade to FTTP nad migration to VoIP
I congratulate Mike Cross and his team at Andrews & Arnold for orchestrating a smooth transition to FTTP broadband and VoIP. I particularly appreciated your prior configuration of the router and ATA, which made setting up the new kit a matter of plug-n-play..
In all the experience was straight-forward, seamless and stress free. An excellent example of customer service.
Been with A&A for many years now and…
Been with A&A for many years now and have always had an amazing experience. I really appreciate the support process cutting out all the crap that you have to deal with with many large-scale providers, and knowing that if I have a problem I can just speak to someone with technical knowledge and get the answers I need really means so much to me.
I'm unfortunately moving somewhere with no control of my Internet so have to leave them, but once I'm in control again I'll be straight back, as I can't think of a company I'd rather be with.
My only cons are there are data caps on their cheaper home connections, and while I understand the reasons, I've found that as time moves on and things on the Internet get bigger, I tend to reach the caps fairly frequently. Thankfully the ability to add more data is easy to do and ends up being cheaper than moving to the unlimited tariff, so it's not a huge deal.

A&A's customer service is second to none. I've used them for years (at the suggestion of a neighbour who worked in IT) and have never once had a problem they couldn't solve quickly.
When you pick up the phone, they answer- and their staff know what they are doing. I recently moved flat and had a different kind of line; BT engineer installing couldn't suss why it wasn't working, but A&A had it sorted inside five minutes with precise instructions and the detail for a component I needed.
They are worth every penny.
Multiple miscommunications and general dissatisfaction
Unfortunately, I chose their services based on good references, but that was not my experience. I requested the installation in January this year. As I work from home, I needed the issue resolved as quickly as possible. I paid the initial fee of £63.00 in January. They attempted, I acknowledge, to install the internet on 13 February, but I was travelling on that date. They then rescheduled for 23 February. I waited. Without any explanation, they postponed it again to 24 February. On that day, I stayed at home waiting for the installer, who claimed to have come to my address and not found anyone. Ten minutes after receiving that information, I called a third company that, as I understand it, is responsible for the installation. They told me they would try to get the engineer to return to my property, which never happened. I lost a full day of work trying to sort this out and received no updates unless I proactively contacted them — neither from the installation company nor from the company that sold me the service. At the end of the day, I cancelled the service. However, they have not refunded me to this day (10/03), claiming that I must return a router that was never delivered to me. I would simply like to receive proper customer service, be reimbursed, and close my relationship with this company once and for all.

The best ISP for technical users full stop
I've used a few ISP's in my time and I've worked in the industry for a few fair years as well. Firstly the service is A&A is amazing - very helpful and responsive.
The amount of data and access they provide for technical users is unrivaled imho. If this is what you're looking for wow you've found the right place!

Just the best ISP in the country
Just the best ISP in the country. Best performance, best monitoring, best support, best sales and best accounts. All of the team are sitting in the UK and understand and will help. I've recommended them / set up services now for myself, my mother (who needs a good service as she has leukemia), my mothers 81 year old neighbour and one of my friends. Everyone just wants a good service and no fobbing off to a random call centre when there is a problem

The best of the best. A&A ISP is the perfect ISP for anyone who is tired of being shuffled between telephone support lines who can't fix your problems (or know anything about them). A&A may be more expensive on paper - but when I think about the peace of mind (and lack of headaches), I think I'm willing to say it's worth the cost.

Met my expectation from recommendations…
I have recently switched to A&A hand had a new broadband line installed by Openreacher and router supplied by A &A. A &A are honest and prompt in providing adequate and helpful technical information and a router that works. Also very straightforward financial information and charges.Telephone staff friendly, helpful, and comprehensible when you need them.
Top quality service and support
Top quality service and support. A&A could be considered as pricier than the competition, but really there is no competitor that offers the same level of support and service. You get an incredible amount of control over your connection (not to mention all the stats!) and the few times I've had to use their support they have been excellent. You get to speak to someone who really knows what they're doing and isn't just reading a script that starts with 'have you tried turning it off and back on again'.

The control portal is well organised and contains lots of useful information and controls that helps me with my homelab. They offer many useful services I might use over time. Just awesome.
Just had a new FTTP install
Just had a new FTTP install. Everything went great - the install went exactly as planned, service is super fast and the sales and support teams were great for a few minor questions.
FTTP Full Fibre update
I left a review for this ISP in 2023. However since then the seevice never faulted or lagged in speed . That was via FTTC copper pair.
We have recently been upgraded a couple of weeks ago to Full Fibre FTTP broadband.
An easy hassle free transition with no loss of service . Brilliant. Thanks A&A
A great ISP
We've been customers of A&A for a few years now, and they've always been brilliant. We've just moved about 150 miles, and changed from having a G.Fast connection at the old house to FTTP at the new one. A&A were really helpful, doing everything they could to make the transition as seamless as possible. It's always so good to know that you can call them up and discuss aspects of the service with someone who knows exactly what they're doing. You don't mind paying a little more each month when you get a service that is so good!

Simply the best ISP. Period. Yes, they're not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. I've been with them for 10+ years now, and I don't think I've ever had a problem that was their fault. One or two minor problems which turned out to be the fault of BT (or OpenReach), but A&A managed them very aggressively and kept me in the loop constantly.
