Appalling, abysmal, horrendous, a scam, dishonest etc etc.
Dungarees are appalling quality - material cheap, sizing bears no relation to what was ordered; the print is abysmal, the process horrendous.
Return address on packaging was Feltham, UK. When asked on how to return, all of a sudden it was somewhere in China with me needing to pay for postage and customs. A refund of 10% was offered which crept up a bit when I continued to complain. I will complain to credit card company and investigated the Sale of Goods act or whatever it has been updated to. A COMPLETE CON.

No updates on order, no tracking.
Cheap and nasty material, over priced ,
Don't reply to emails, very poor service.

Wish I’d read these reviews before I bought a pair of dungarees. What a load of tatt! Looks like pretty embroidered flowers on good quality material on line but what has arrived is photoprinted flowers on awful material with the body big enough to fit a giant in but a leg length too short even for me at 5ft4in! I have emailed to ask for a refund but I’m not holding my breath unfortunately.

Item was sent extremely slowly then when it arrived was actually cheap trash. Item was just a photo of the pattern on viscose. Not as pictured or implied. If I wanted this kind of Item id have ordered from temu fora couple of quid. Dont believe the hype and steer clear. Cheep rubbish with a big price tag.

This is a Chinese company trading under false pretences of being a UK based family firm. The clothing is of extremely poor quality and certainly not worth the money. They operate under numerous company names selling the same clothes. Trying to get a refund is extremely difficult as the items have to be returned to China at your own cost. They then offer you a small percentage and tell you to keep the products. Please do not order from them.

Certainly not the clothing advertised! Absolutely awful dungarees, unwearable, dreadful cut and made from polyester. Would give no stars but Trustpilot does not allow for that.
Buyer beware, total scam!

Bought 2 pairs of their dungarees, which took ages to arrive. Really horrible material (cheap polyester) and cut, but I’ll keep them because ‘Abbey London’ is a 100% Chinese company, with no UK returns address. They’ll do for gardening and housework, wouldn’t be seen dead outside home wearing such tatt. I will never buy from them again.

I would give this a minus but you don't have this.The quality is so poor that I can't even give them away to anyone as I would be so embarrassed .

Absolutely disgusted with the company. I've waited 3 wks because it's chinese tat that I've bought. The dungarees are shiny, stretchy and an xl is large enough to fit a 6ft 6in rugby player. I can't send them back and I'll never bloody wear them as they are hideous. I would have been better off buying from Temu as at least you can send things back.

The site is difficult and as a result I duplicated the order despite writing immediately I received no reply. Not only was the order duplicated the product was changed . Can’t phone I write to the two emails nothing in reply.
The situation stinks so I have advised them I will make a claim on my card if nothing comes from them after giving them sufficient time
Many spelling errors so must be in far east such as china but can’t confirm. This message is going to Netherlands

First of all I can’t comment on the goods, they still haven’t arrived! What I would like to mention is that their advert is misleading. OK the company is called Abbey London, and it shows a shop front and a blonde lady sewing. I placed my order and lo and behold they are coming from China! I don’t buy from China, I find goods are generally cheap and shabby…so beware before ordering.

The team were very helpful when the postal service lost my parcel.
When my replacement finally arrived, I found the undies to be comfortable and well made. Worth the wait.

THEY DO NOT DO REFUNDS.
When I received my items, I realised that they were not what I expected. I emailed and explained and asked for a full refund. They replied and offered to replace for a handling fee of 30% of the replacement items.I refused and again asked for a full refund. I then had a series of email exchanges in which they started with an offer of 20% refund that rose to 40%. I keep asking for a full refund and also ask them to confirm the return address on the package I received should be the one I used to make my return. They did not confirm or give me a return address. A few days later I sent the return using a Post Office tracker and the parcel had to be signed for on arrival.
I am now informed that I can not have a refund because I used the wrong return address. Yet my items are with their logistics company so I am informed. My items have not been returned to me.

Excellent product, my 2 pairs of slim line underwear arrived yesterday, bought to support my back and keep my midriff warm in winter whilst playing golf. Perfect for the job. Customer service was excellent, too. I thought my order might have gone missing and my email was answered swiftly and efficiently. I have ordered another 2 pairs this morning. If you are a golfer with even the slightest dodgy back, these are for you! Sheila F, Devon
