AB Heritage Ltd  Opiniões

I contacted AB Heritage to commission a Heritage Impact Assessment, stressing how vital it was to our project and how tight our timeframes were. I was immediately put in contact with Paul Cooke who was very professional and proactive. He also offered advice for materials based on the built heritage of the region. Overall a very professional and helpful experience.

Thank you Sarah & Clare for your patience and hard work to satisfy the planning conditions on our community project to provide new sports playing fields in the town. CEO Swanley Town Council.

Excellent service and heritage advice for our development project.

Really happy with the service we received from AB Heritage. The report was thorough and covered all the points we required.

Paul Cooke and team have continually provided an exemplary service, going above and beyond in a limited timeline. Would wholeheartedly recommend.

Thoroughly professional, knowledgeable, listened well, creative, Leanne at AB Heritage helped us every step of the way in understanding our listed property and navigating consent for appropriate replacement windows.

Fast efficient service and a good report to follow on recording elements of an historic building. Will use again

I had a very small heritage statement to produce. They responded quickly and told me what to do without any charge. Such a rare find these days to have some quality customer service. Thank you.

AB were excellent, working efficiently and effectively throughout the consultation and design period. They were particularly proactive, taking a realistic and project-minded approach, whilst providing useful design guidance ahead of a pre-app - would definitely work with them again and recomend .

Great working with Elli from AB Heritage. I have used her for 2 projects now and have been very happy with the service, would highly recommend.

We recently instructed AB Heritage to undertake a Heritage Impact Assessment near Hartlepool. Communication was great from the outset and the final report was delivered promptly. The quality of the report was great and did not need any final amendments. AB Heritage send a draft for review before the final report is issued which is a great help as some consultancies do not offer this without being asked.

I have worked AB Heritage with them on a listed building, they were extremely helpful, they helped us get planning.

AB were excellent, working efficiently and effectively throughout the consultation period. They were particularly proactive, taking a realistic and project-minded approach. We would definitely work with them again.

We worked alongside AB Heritage regarding a scheme for erecting specialist C2 housing and a change of use of flats into a nursery. They are extremely quick and responsive and are a professional service that I, and ET Planning, would thoroughly recommend.

AB Heritage provided an excellent report following their archaeological survey undertaken prior to works commencing on a contentious site in the South Downs National Park. It was clear and concise in its findings and they come recommended.

very effective input on medieval barn conversion project from Elli Winterburn.
Elli has a broad knowledge which produced a fast response (even though the rest of the project seemed to take for ever) and I hope we will be able to use her skills again

We commissioned AB Heritage to carry out a historical investigation and impact assessment to support a complex planning application for 3 conjoined Grade 2 listed buildings on a city centre site in St Albans. The project involved reopening a redundant basement for retail use and converting the upper floors to two flats. The heritage consultant communicated well to identify the requirements and the report was very thorough and completed in good time. We subsequently obtained planning consent and have since asked AB Heritage to carry out an impact assessment for a further minor planning application relating to the site.

We have worked with the professional and friendly team at AB Heritage for many years on a vast variety of complex and unique refurbishments and extensions to listed buildings in the south of England. We have no hesitation in recommending them to our clients to collaborate with us to achieve the best possible outcomes for the building, its context, our clients and the wider community.

AB Heritage provided an excellent level of service to a brownfield site we were looking to develop. The pricing was super competitive against other local companies and information was provided of what to expect at each stage of the process. The report was sufficient and exactly what we required for the development to progress. I would highly recommend AB Heritage for archaeological services and reporting for the excellent level of customer service, attention to detail and quality of their reporting.

An archaeology report is an essential planning requirement particularly in historic cities and AB Heritage impressed me with their thoroughness and provided a professional report with plans, photographs and a very helpful Executive Summary.
