I reached out to Able on the 5th August, got a response the same day and the survey was booked on Friday 7th August for Monday 10th August, received the survey back Tuesday 11th August (Which says can take up to 4 working days).

Really impressed with how quickly this was sorted but also how detailed the report was from Dean, the price was also very competitive compared to other quotes I had received - Would highly recommend Able to anyone needing a survey done!

His report was thorough, he was very helpful in explaining things that caused me concern and as the process for purchase is still ongoing has made himself available to answer any further enquiries. Report was sent next day and gave me everything I needed to sort before purchase. Highly recommend.
