Excellent service from Jackie at Stafford store.
We visited Ableworld Stafford a few months ago and were given excellent service by Jackie. She was patient, non pushy and extremely helpful. We have been very pleased with the mobility scooter she recommended. Thankyou Jackie.

Great service at Stafford
Visited the Stafford store with my Mom today. Looking for a walker. Excellent service from Jackie. Could not have been more helpful. And so patient. Mom was encouraged to try different ones before settling on one. It definitely felt like Jackie had Mom's interest at heart...that she walked well and felt confident. No pressure at all. 11/10 for sure. Thank you.

Cannot fault the staff (and owner, Mike) for solid advice and so pleased with the purchase of a mobility scooter which was delivered by very helpful lads who could not do enough.

Despite that this is a disability shop
Despite that this is a disability shop, sales person is not welcoming or friendly,putting u at ease. She is not helpful n makes u feel u r a nuisance.

After speaking with our store manager, she explained everything to you and answered any questions that you asked. As she had not met the user of the walker, our team were unable to give you all of the advice needed on the walker as an assessment wasn't taken place. Very helpful
We had great help and assistance from Jackie in the Stafford store. We were purchasing a boot scooter for my husband which is needed for his bad days. We were given all the facts on the models we looked at and showed full assembly with a chance to see the chosen model fitting in our car. Nothing too much trouble a great staff member in a customer caring store
