Incorrect website information
Ordered items with them as said delivery 28th to 1st June. Then got an email that said delivery 2nd which is after the dates advertised and after when I need it by. Told that the websites not always up-to-date. No good to me now as all other next day cuts offs had passed before I was told date. Poor show

Ordered an 800kg bag of gravel online…
Ordered an 800kg bag of gravel online on 2nd April
On 7th April was advised by email that delivery would be Friday 10th April with no time slot given.
A days leave and a long wait…
No delivery
No communication
Nought
I emailed and telephoned but their office was closed
I do not know what is happening but as they are closed all weekend and not open again till Monday I do not now expect it till Monday
I looked at these reviews and see this is not particularly unusual
Clearly I cannot collect such a large heavy item but expected far better than this

Agents very helpful but Shipping not so much..
Agents very helpful but the drop shipping process via Velux has been terrible. No advice of delivery, delivered when out and wouldn’t leave flashings despite being on camera and speaking to driver and no note left after said please leave in safe place. Delivery process was a shambles
