Ordered 40mm blue slate and arranged for delivery. Delivery day came and went and nothing, Contacted C/S who informed the delivery was running late and will be with you the following day, Nothing, Contacted again delivery now next week after the Easter break. Still nothing delivered, Excuse was Haulier had issues and very busy. Asked for a full refund, still waiting 6 days now. What is going on!!!!

We chose our delivery date, however, an email arrived apologising there had been a delay. One email and and a phone, we received our delivery 3 days later which didn't delay our garden project.
never delivered, time and money waste
I ordered a bulk bag of 40mm slate chippings and was never delivered. First a list of text messages moving the time of delivery later and later, up until the end of the following day, and then all communication dropped. Emails ignored, phone calls are not answered. Are they gone bankrupt? time and money wasted! awful experience.
Non existent customer service
I wish I had read some of these reviews before ordering from this company. Placed an order on 24 March for delivery on 1 April (all confirmed in emails and on my order section of the website). Never turned up. Have been calling/emailing since and have spoken to one person who said she would check it out and call be back. She hasn't. They are absolutely appalling. I have now cancelled the order on the website and will be taking it further if the refund is not forthcoming.

The product is good. Hence the 2 stars.
Delivery is terrible. They were rude to my wife, besides coming with a manual forklift to move 2 tons of stones. They literally couldn't move onto the curb, so they simply left it on the street.
Customer service is even worse. They don't take responsibility for the delivery service they hire. Treated me in a condescending way and simply did nothing about it, insisting their delivery policy is clear and that they can't influence the delivery company.
Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful , we ordered a pallet of kiln dried sand on the 2nd of February , this arrived and the sand was wet , so I straight away got in contact for a replacement !
It took two and a half months of endless phone calls and emails before the sand got replaced , this last week no response to emails or phone calls and to top it off the delivery driver damaged our garage door when he dropped it off !

I ordered pea stone
I ordered pea stone. What was delivered wasn't pea stone. Spoke to customer services. They were happy to sort the issue, just send picture of the 20m stone I'd received, then over the next 7 days. I got email over email saying one thing then another, yesterday I was asked to send a close up picture. I did. Then another email. Is the stone still on the pallet. And is it able to be collected. Ggen today another email. We dont understand the issue. And they think its the wrong order number. And to me this is one after another playing a game. Just so I give in getting the right product replaced. Iv now got to the point. I can not finish my garden due to this un ending joke if a company. Playing delay delay games, so iv ordered pea stone from a much more professional company as Birsk do not even have a customer service line to speak. As since speaking 7 days ago. There lune just states. Mail box full try later. WHY BOTHER.

North Sea pebbles
I ordered 2 bulk bags of North Sea pebbles. They were delivered by Lee who placed them excactly where I wanted. The stones were all good quality.

I placed an order with Brisks and unfortunately the entire experience has been unacceptable.
My delivery never arrived, and despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue through their customer service team, I was met with poor communication and completely inconsistent responses. Customer service has been shocking from start to finish.
It has now been over a month, and I still have not received a refund of any of the £361.80 i spent. I have repeatedly contacted them to resolve the matter, but nothing has been done. As a result, I am now having to begin legal action for breach of contract just to recover my money.
From my experience, this company appears to be operating in clear breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which entitles customers to a refund when goods are not delivered as agreed.
I would strongly advise others to avoid this company entirely. Based on my experience, ordering from them has been nothing but a stressful and frustrating ordeal.

Just been reading the last weeks reviews, all terrible just lke this one, terrible service, no way of contacting customer service as they just dont answer, save yourselves a lot of hassle and shop elswhere my delivery was 5 days late.
Very poor service
Very poor service. The stones which were purchased were not as imaged. Fortunately the stones provided were nice enough so were kept. The service was poor due to the arranged date of delivery being on a Thursday. This did not occur and it was not possible to get in contact with the customer service due to it being the Easter Bank Holiday weekend! So unable to speak with anyone until the following Tuesday! Also getting through to sort this out was very difficult and it took multiple calls to be answered. Finally the stones were delivered the following Thursday!! 7 days late! The only positive was the delivery driver (presumably a partner agency) who was very professional.

First of all no communication regarding delivery date, then when it turned up the driver refused to drop the stone chippings onto my driveway stating he was not insured on customers property, said it was curbside drop off only ( nothing on Brisks website states this) in fact there is a video showing what to expect on delivery date and it shows driver placing it straight onto a customers driveway.
Then the driver said the truck tailgate broke and could not deliver that day, whilst I understand things can happen outside of the driver's control I had taken time off for this.
I attempted to contact both Brisks and Palletways
Emailed Brisks - absolutely no response several days later.
Palletways contact number just rang then went to voicemail.
Delivery was finally made the following day and even this was at 5pm and only received an email saying to expect delivery after it had happened, no use after the event.
The second driver however was more than happy to drop off on my driveway.
Will not be using Brisks again!

Im amazed that companies like this can get away with thir shoddy approach. It appears they are only good at taking your money. Once thats done you may as well forget any thing you get promised regarding delivery as its all bu##s##t. They do not answer phones or reply to emails a hopeless company.

I ordered a delivery for Wednesday 1st April it didn't arrive, no phone call,email or message to explain why, I tried to contact Brisks on Thursday via phone and email with no joy. This Tuesday I had a message from Palletline to say they were delivering it today, still no message or contact from Brisks. I'm 75 and had a recent hip replacement, I had my son standing by on the 1st April to help me, after still no response from Brisks my son bought some slate locally and it was delivered the same day. Its now Friday the 10th April and I still haven't heard from Brisks despite my email requesting my money back. So beware, this company is disgraceful. I'm extremely disappointed.
