Incredible customer service

My first experience ordering with Abruzzi was interesting.
There were some challenges with the courier but the customer service was absolutely incredible, thanks to Evie and Andy for assisting with the queries I raised.

Excellent customer service

I purchased a modification for my sim racing pedals, and unfortunately the part arrived damaged/missing a piece. Lucky the Abruzzi customer service is incredible, they're fast and helpful and I had a replacement part on my doorstep a couple of days after.
Andy in particular was extremely helpful.
Excellent experience. Very glad I chose them.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service & Support from Abruzzi

I recently purchased a new sim racing rig and Abruzzi was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. They took the time to advise me on the best setup for my needs and even helping to source parts that they didn’t stock themselves. Their knowledge and attention to detail were invaluable.

On the day of installation, they arrived on time and were polite, professional and efficient. The rig was assembled perfectly, and they made sure everything was set up exactly how I wanted it. Communication has been excellent from start to finish and even after installation, they’ve continued to provide top-notch support, always happy to answer any questions I have.

If you’re looking for a company that truly cares about their customers and goes the extra mile, I can’t recommend Abruzzi enough. A brilliant experience from start to finish!

1st Time Ordering, Good Experience

Decided to move away from controller to a full sim racing rig recently & decided to purchase a Moza bundle with Abruzzi.

Ordered a Moza Racing Bundle on 2nd December 2024 & everything has now arrived on 8th January 2025. Given the time of year and stock being available for back-order I was aware & fine with the waiting times.

When the order was placed, some items were immediately available & others available on back-order. Very clear to see so waiting times are understandable especially given the time of year of which I ordered.

Any inquiries which I had along the way with regards to my order were promptly answered and there was a minor issue with product delivery but that was quickly fixed. All in all, customer service was spot on.

I'll be looking to order a Shifter & Handbrake when I next get paid and will most certainly be placing my order with Abruzzi again.

Can't go wrong buying from here!

These guys are fantastic, I built my first sim racing cockpit using gear purchased from this company, the staff were incredibly helpful when chatting online and helping me select some gear and never tried to upsell me.

They are simply passionate about simracing and helped me out massively as a newbie to the hobby, all the kit was shipped promptly and even when I decided to upgrade after the order was made they quickly sorted it out and gave me a link to pay the difference and it was very smooth.

I eventually decided to go for a different wheel from a different supplier as the wheel on backorder took a while but then again, no issues whatsoever with refunding when asked.

5/5 I would even buy from here if the kit was 5-10% more expensive just because of the service.

Terrible Experience with Abruzzi - Poor Communication and Service

This was my first order with Abruzzi, and unfortunately, it turned into a frustrating experience. I recently upgraded my sim racing gear and needed the Sigma Cortex device to connect my Simagic wheelbase to my PS5 so I could play my favorite game, Gran Turismo 7. I found the device on Abruzzi’s website for £70—at the time, the cheapest option—and paid £5 for 48h delivery, which arrived on time.

After downloading the necessary drivers and updates, I couldn’t get the wheel to work with my PS5. I immediately tried to contact Abruzzi for support, but their customer service closed at 5 PM on Friday, so I had to wait until Monday. Over the weekend, I re-downloaded drivers, read forums, and tried everything I could find online, but nothing worked.

On Monday, I contacted Abruzzi for help. They directed me to Sigma Cortex for support, but their advice didn’t resolve the issue either. I returned to Abruzzi requesting a refund. Initially, they refused and said I had to pay for the return myself. After back-and-forth emails, they promised to get back to me the next day, which they did, and they sent a return label. For this, I give them 1 star.

Unfortunately, that’s where the good experience ended. The returned item was delivered to them the next day, but I heard nothing for an entire week—not even a quick email to acknowledge receipt or explain the next steps. After a week of silence, I emailed them again and received a reply saying they had just tested the device the day before and found no issues, still don't why didn't work for me.

During the return process, I had mentioned the possibility of a replacement, but they never responded to that. When I followed up, Ben emailed asking if I wanted another unit. I expressed my concern and said I wouldn’t mind trying another, but if it didn’t work, I’d be responsible for return shipping costs. Once again, I received no reply.

Frustrated, I emailed Ben the next day, explaining my disappointment and asking for a refund. This time, I received an immediate response claiming he had been out of the office and that the refund was processed “yesterday.” However, the timing didn’t match up, and it felt like yet another excuse.

Luckily, this wasn’t an expensive purchase, but this experience has left me never to deal with Abruzzi again. This is my honest story, and while others may have different experiences, I hope this helps someone considering whether to buy from them.

We're sorry that you've not had a great experience, we always try our best to do everything we can for our customers when a product isn't working correctly.

We apologies if some things took longer than your expectation, but in all, this was approximately a 2.5 week process from purchase, to getting the item back from you to test (which can take up-to 1 week), to your refund. This isn't out of the ordinary time wise for an RMA and if anything it's fairly hasty for the processes involved.

When you mention in your review of the possibility of a replacement unit but you had no reply from us.. with all due respect you sent this email at 9:50am and didn't get a response (leaving not much time for a response) before you sent another email at 12:23pm asking us to ignore your previous email (probably hence lack of reply at that moment) followed by another email from yourself at 15:30pm stating you had shipped the item back.

We're sorry if nobody got in touch once the return had arrived however, that's usually something we are very good at and accept that was a fault of ours. Updating customers before they ask for an update is a policy we like to stick to and try to stick to, so we do apologise for this.

This is all done now and we apologise you weren't satisfied with our service or with the Sigma Cortex its-self, as mentioned we had no issue with it this end, so possibly just an unfortunately event all around.

From 2022 I have been using Abruzzi

From 2022 I have been using Abruzzi. I was always nervous about spending large amounts of money with unknown companies but I immediately felt at ease with Abruzzi. So far I have had, Moza GS, Moza R9, Moza SRP, Simagic P1000, P1000 flat pedal plates, P1000 haptic and power supply and two pairs of custom boots. The only thing I was ever disappointed in was the SRP pedals that broke after 18 months, clearly that isn't Abruzzi's fault. And this is why I keep going back when I need stuff.

Overall service

Purchased a Simagic Bundle of Alpha/P2000/GT1
All on back order, Alpha available for delivery after a week (at my request advised to hold for the balance of kit to save them postage). Other bits 3-4 weeks ETA. (Client driven enquiries. An email explaining position to me would have been nice 3 Star). Unfortunately the balancing stock was not received by Abruzzi after 5-6 weeks of original order. They were uncomfortable with the position and to save any further delays obtained the kit from another approved distributor (5 star). Some technical issues suffered by me, (Old Git) dealt with in a very friendly and understanding way by three of the staff within a couple hours (magic 5 star). Would I buy again? Yes besides not being given updates by the company during the delay process this business and staff have been honest and open about the issue effecting my order and demonstrated a real desire to complete asap. (delivery very well packed tracked with no damage).

Extremely good service

Extremely good service! They were always very responsive when I messaged with queries, and deliveries were sent out almost as soon as I had placed the order. The price of one of the items I ordered dropped a couple of weeks after I purchased it and they refunded me the difference. Couldn't be more satisfied with the service, they've gained a customer for life.

Incredibly good personal service from start to finish including aftersales advice. Bought a complete setup including rig, wheel and pedals and have had no issues whatsoever. Will be using them again soon I'm sure.

Flawless

Flawless. Ordered 2 items, p1000i peddles and the moza shifter, both arrived before the end time and cutoner service was amazing, the p1000i has 2 very small service marks/scratches, I run abruzzi and spoke to them and the guy was a gem explained everything to me as to why or what I could and after closer inspection of the box etc it was clear the damage/scarates where caused by customs checks. The stickers that came with them easily covered them up and the peddles work absolutly flawlessly atm not noticed any issues at all and as for the shifter had that a good few mo ths 0 issues. All in all I've had 2 great experiences with this company and will 100% buy again from here. Looking st the bad reviews it seems to be more aboit the delivery and not the actual guy and his company him self. Don't be out off give abruzzi a try if ur looking for sim gear. Regard Sean.A

Excellent service and incredibly fast delivery! Ordered on Saturday and received Monday [R21 V2 Base + CS V2P Wheel + SR-P Pedals + Clutch] Special thanks to Andy for dealing with all my annoying queries and emailing me information they chased up using their websites chat and packing my order. Thanks also for the awesome freebies that I personally love and add that extra touch to my order (Beautiful mouse mat, bracelet *Which I'm wearing now* & *fridge magnets which I have attached to my rig lol!* I was apprehensive at first as I have never heard of Abruzzi UK Before but I am delighted to have ordered from them now! Made a 2nd order on Monday evening and received on Wednesday [HGP Shifter + SGB Sequential Shifter + HBP Handbrake]. The performance Kit for the pedals were on backorder and arrived earlier than quoted (1 week). Everything came in excellent condition with zero damage and all worked plug and play out of the box! 5*++++ Service and Customer Service. Love my new racing setup!

The real test of a company is when things go wrong. I had an order messed up by Parcelforce, but Ben went out of his way to sort it out for me. The service that I received was exemplary, and I will be using them again.

Don’t normally do reviews but I’m so impressed with the service from Abruzzi. I was hesitant at the beginning ordering from someone I haven’t heard of before but I won’t hesitate again! I ordered the R5 bundle which was in stock and the KS wheel on back order on a Thursday. The R5 arrived on the following Monday and the wheel on back order arrived on the Tuesday. Great service and great communication

Good Overall Experience, with Room for Improved Communication

I purchased a Moza 5nm wheel bundle from Abruzzi Ltd on 16/05., and while the product was faulty, the overall experience was positive.
The wheel base had a glitchy connection with the pedals, and after trying multiple options, solutions found online and from Moza's support page, In the end I had to return the bundle. Abruzzi acknowledged the issue promptly, and I proceeded with the return.

The process of getting updates on my refund could have been better. I had to send several emails to inquire about the status, and not all of them were responded to, and some responses where somewhat misleading. First, I was told that the refund process had started, but then in the following email, they admitted that it actually hadn't started yet. It took about a week of going back and forth, before I actually received an email with my refund details. It took a bit longer than expected. but I did receive my money back on 05/06.

While the communication aspect could use some improvement, I understand that Abruzzi Ltd. is a small company and likely quite busy.

The issue with the product was unfortunate, but not their fault, and their acknowledgment and eventual resolution of the problem were appreciated.
It is a genuine company.
