Most of the time, the buses from Academy are in good working order and the drivers are safe.

Today our community group took an Academy bus to the Norton Museum in West Palm. The whole trip was wonderful! Our driver, Rich (who filled in short-notice for Maggie) was upbeat, personable, knowledgeable and patient. Most of all, he was a careful, cautious driver. We would love to have Rich Drive for us on our next trip.

I work with Andrea Georghiou when booking many buses with Academy ~ She is consistent and always willing to help and she be commended on her professionalism.
We always Request Maggie Maleck, not only does she know our members but she is very kind hearted to our older members. We bring a small cooler of bottled water and a bag of assorted candies, as we return to the bus Maggie is already handed out the goodies before I even make to the bus. Hands down she is The Best and We are Lucky to have her.....Please pass along a Job Well Done for all our trips together. Thank you, Tim Nelson.

Bus driver was beyond punctual, we arrived at our destination even earlier than expected. He was courteous and amicable. The bus was comfortable.

Both drivers, 2/8/2020 and 2/15/2020, were on time or at the pickup location ahead of time. Both were helpful in loading and unloading the bus, but also let us assist.

LOVED EVERYTHING about working with Academy except one thing...

Felt like I was getting shook down to tip one of the 3 drivers we had booked. While I had every intention of providing a tip once I was done with my event (which went longer than the contracted amount of time with our buses), one bus driver was intentionally hanging out and told one of my team members that he was waiting for me to give him a tip. Not how you do business.

That being said, I'd still use Academy again.
