Minna is amazing to work with. She answers every call and gives clear, detailed information. Any adjustments that had to be made on my end were no problem for Minna. We had 24 buses for an event and the entire thing went smoothly. Omar was on site and made sure every bus arrived on time and got our students loaded in the order we requested for departure. I highly recommend Academy.

Andrea Scott was very pleasant and helpful to work with. She did teh quite, ensured an excellent process and everything went smoothly. I will use Academy Bus again!

Academy Bus Lines breaks parking laws at least once a month in my neighborhood. The buses park in a no parking zone, leave their motors running and the drivers disappear for a couple of hours. They have been warned over and over but continue to break the law and destroy the environment.
Two days ago, two buses parked in front of Joe's Stone Crab parking lot on Collins Ave in Miami Beach.. This is where the buses always park even though there is no bus parking. Morever leaving motors running is so bad for the environment , that the drivers should take a course in the dangers of air pollution.
. Fortunately Code Compliance officers came and the buses finally left.

Our drivers were professional, courteous, and made our group feel welcome. I look forward to working with Academy again soon!

Today Terry transport my student to Lincoln University in Pennsylvania. When I arrived at 7:00am for meet and greet students, Mr. Terry was their with the bus, warm, and running. Around 7:20 one of my teachers when out to let him know that we were moving slow but things were shaping up. His response was 'im ready when you are'. Throughout the day, Mr. Terry was 'ready when we were'. It was the best service iv'e received from a Coach company in a long time. He did not badger the kids about cleaning up, so the students took it upon themselves to make the bus was the way it was when we got on board.

Driver was very friendly and accommodating!! Bus was a little run down and the AC wasn’t working. But the service is over the top awesome!

I had 45 passengers on the bus. Every single one was pleased with the service. They came at the appointed time, did not overcharge and tried endlessly to make the trip a pleasant experience. If someone raised a concern, I brought it to the driver's attention and the problem was resolved. The drivers are friendly, courteous and earnestly work at being good at what they do. The bus and bathroom was clean. We watched a movie on the bus and everything worked great. They came recommended by my church because they had used them before. I recommend this company to others as well. Planning on another trip and coming back to our friends at Academy!!! You can trust them!

The buses arrived earlier than expected and returned early as well. I will definitely use this service again!

Chris Bazemore is an absolute miracle worker! When I realized I made a mistake with dates for our busses, he perfectly accommodated our needs and then some. We are now able to make our school trip within the dates requested. I highly recommend Academy for school field trip needs at any time due to their prompt and courteous service.
