I have never dealt with a more reputable company in my life. They explain each part of the process step by step, and allow you to ask questions yourself. In these days of predatory lenders, there does exists a company that does what it says, when it says. They have helped us a great deal, and I want to especially thank Russell Eynullaev. I vouch for him as being the utmost professional, knowledgeable, and an expert at his job. God bless!

If you think you are going to get a competitive offer for a loan on a car or other purchases, like our case shopping vacant land rates, do not waste your time. They do not compete with other lenders on rates as they seem to advertise but rather try to shift you to a debt consolidation program very deceptively. I had declined further quotes already as they could not compete with my credit union and other lender then get a call from Upstart offering some debt restructure we did not need or apply for. I recommend throwing their mailers out unless you are looking for unsecured debt options. The response from Accelerate borders stupidity, I have left plenty of positive reviews under google but an earned bad review for a service that was not requested, deceptively presented warrants the bad review I left. Do you think 800 credit scores want a debt consolidation loan to ruin their credit? I had already told you not to share my information for any debt reduction since the payments were not a problem to pay yet there you went and offered it and wasted my time further. I explained rather clearly I was purchasing a lot behind our vacation home in Hawaii and needed about 50k difference from my down payment and was approved at 7.99% through Light Stream already yet you pull a bunch of garbage, don't offer a land or personal loan but STUPIDLY offer a debt consolidation loan instead. I may have left some one stars through Trustpilot but you actually earned zero stars. Thank you for being the outlier on the bell curve, companies like yours make others earn more stars on Google and Trustpilot. I will try and leave you a review on Google as well so you may see my profile and positive reviews for others that advertise and sell what they claim to versus deceptively if that helps fix your business behavior. I would guess more complaints are not far behind and there is a reason I don't see the profile for your company on Google perhaps once they hit you should try a new company name to wash your poor reviews away. Reddit and some others have similar reviews so keep peddling the garbage till enough 1 star reviews properly reflect your business. You opted only for your own interest and product and attempted to steer me away from buying a lot behind my house in Hawaii to debt consolidation. Your response was stupid below but your debt consolidation offer likely violates any fiduciary interest you have towards your clients, and you may see a complaint from that as well. Rob Bonta, the state attorney general, may be interested in this scam to protect consumer rights. Since you have disputed the claim Trustpilot received a screen shot of my call log, oops, explain that issue. Please explain the following as well that was emailed over:

Just got off the phone with one of the "Senior" financial consultants. BEWARE. After an accelerated explanation of offer, almost immediately wanted my bank account and routing numbers. Did not listen to my concerns about sending my SS# un-encrypted through email. If "mansplaining" had a face, it would be this guy. The offer was skip two payments on your debt and then we'll take care of you with 0% at almost $800 a month for 4 years. The part he failed to mention was my ruined credit for a decade.

This company does not do what they say they are doing. They do not offer the freedom to use the money to your debts as they say. Russell is completely rude and talks over you. Do not trust this company.
They do not give you all the information.

Offer letter with an "outstanding rate interest" is only a bait! I filled out the 3 questions to complete the application, and just that moment started the problems. Thousand questions, and also what I did with my prior loan (????). Why this kind of entities send letter with great offers (affordable amount / monthly payments / low rates), and after speaking with agent, SURPRISE! Neither monthly payments nor rates are even close to the offered in the letter. This is a very formal way to cheat potencial people needing money. Please, do not waste my time again.

Responding to Mr. Accelerate Financial: That's why my feedback... because the letter you sent is very VERY VERY clear about the promocode, big number with a low rate as 5.99%, and you offered to me huge amounts with very VERY affordable monthly payments, so.. if you have to check a lot my current and past lifes before to provide a loan, why you sent those king of baits? now that I checked your reviews, I realized I'm not the only one complaining about the same, and now I can understand the real intention of your agent when she insisted to know why I'm still paying one of my big loans, for sure your business is also "helping" (?) people to start a process with Collection. Please, don bother to respond, neither send more FAKE offers.

Russell Eynullaev, my financial consultant, was very thorough and answered all my questions honestly which I appreciated very much. He wasn't just being compliant but assured me that I was making the right decision although I would experience 1 step back, I would definitely benefit from the 10 steps forward eventually in a few months. I took a leap of faith with Accelerate Financial because of Russel. He made me feel safe and secure with my decision.

I spoke with Tristan, a knowlegable friendly and straight forward rep who guided me through the quick and easy process. Tristan helped me setup a debt repayment plan that would end up consting me 0% interest. Debt consolidation is not for everyone...but tristan was able to simplify and sell the plan. His clarity and honesty convinced me work with his company on a solution. I am satisfied with the result and genuinely impressed by Tristan over at Aspire.

I recently lost my wife and was lost on what to do and Mike helped me out so now I don’t have to stress out about making interest payments till I’m 80. He did an awesome job!!
