I reached out on this site regarding my unplanned membership. I became a member of this site without my knowledge do I reached their customer service for assistance on how to cancel it. I gave a rate of 5 stars because their agent Kate is very accommodating and answers my queries very well.

Absolutely unreliable company. About 2 weeks ago I saw a raffle ad and filled in my information just to participate. And after filling it in I realized that it was a company that had nothing to do with the content in the ad. I wrote to the support team immediately to cancel my membership. They continue to send me emails as if there is still a 17 euro usable limit on your profile. They are complete scammers. Today, they tried to withdraw 36 euros from me without my knowledge. There should be sanctions for such sites. It is really unbelievable.....

Problema resuelto

I had a very concerning experience with this company. I was apparently registered as a member without my knowledge or consent, and several payments were taken from my account. Even after I blocked my card, additional charges were made, which I find very troubling.
When I contacted customer service to resolve the issue, I did not receive the support I had hoped for. I was informed that I needed to leave a review in order to receive a refund, which I consider unprofessional.
I would also like to mention that I am underage and not legally an adult, so I do not understand how I could have been signed up in the first place. I also do not live in England and would not have knowingly subscribed to this type of service.
I have reported the matter and will consider further steps if necessary. Overall, this situation has been stressful, and I would encourage others to be cautious.
