As a Real Estate agent my clients are often in need of storage facilities. I have tried many different company’s in the past. I have to say that Access Storage really stands out from the rest. We were very pleased with our experience upon visiting the Access storage on Millcreek . The Representatives, Alan and Brandon who assisted us were very polite, professional & thorough. We had many questions before making a decision to use the storage facility & they were very patient in assuring us that this company was the right one to go with. We will definitely recommned this company & this location to friends if ever in need of a storage unit.

The whole process of putting the stuff and picking up is pretty straightforward. However, they don’t refund after your card was charged. I paid full payment for keeping my stuff for only five days in my billing cycle. This was not told in the beginning. I give 2 stars for the pretty effortless process.

I have used this company before. On this occasion despite being told the unit was on the ground floor it was on the first floor so far away from the unloading dock. As a consequence I had to spend another £200 on moving Labour. I wrote an email to which they did not respond. The guy who checked me in could not have cared less.. it’s been a very expensive lesson never to use this company again!

I called to ask a few questions about storage and the girl was very hepfull. Jer name was Lori Hurtubise. She was very knowledgeable amd amswered all my questions. I would definitely recommend her to others.

If I could I would give this company a ZERO. The worst costumer service I ever seen!!! I have book a unit in brixton hill 10 sq ft unit which they compare this unit to red telephone box. When I arrived I realised that the description doesn’t match and it’s too big for my stuff. Pictures attached! I ask for smaller one so I don’t pay for something what is too big. I was told there is non available. As I was leaving the next day I did not have time to move stuff somewhere else so I accepted the big on planning I will be away only for 2 month which the price for first 3 months is half. Before I left I did complain to one of the employee that their description is false and the unit is twice that big. The employee agreed with me and told me he will talk to manager and make me a discount. I have email the next day but they never come back to me. I let it be and I pay full price. Unfortunately now my situation changed and I will be needing the unit until at the end of the year so I emailed them again. I was told by very rude store manager Kelly G Ephraim from Brixton Hill store That the unit is correct, I won’t get discount and if I want I can come and move my stuff into smaller unit. After explaining that I am overseas and I cannot come to london just to move my stuff I didn’t get any logical help. So I contacted the main costumer service. I already send two email but no reply. It’s very interesting that during my inquiry i had a calls and emails from them every single day but once I paid and I needed further help everyone is just ignoring my emails. Another company who just care about money that’s all!! Avoid in all costs!!!

Helped a friend rent a unit from the Kelvin Av. location. Keira was very patient, answered all our questions, and was very polite, as were the entire staff. Great attitude, despite the April snow today. Sunshine is coming, but it came early at this location. Will recommend to others looking for storage in the east end.

Fantastic customer service and communication with full clarity, we recently moved houses and used their storage for 3 months . The items were conveniently placed, good storage space suitable for all weather conditions. While moving items out spoke to Gabriel on the 6th April and was very forthcoming and courteous in his service and approach. Overall I would highly recommend for any long term storage options. I've never used a storage facility before, but heard from a co-worker that Access was good right across the country. I had a great experience with Ann at the Walker Road near Wyandotte location. Friendly, welcoming, and really knows her product. She was interesting to chat with and so very helpful. I highly recommend this facility.
