Molly did a great job in finding us flights that (nearly) matched our original dates, only returning one day earlier than originally planned. We just returned and are so thankful that thanks to Molly we were able to fulfill this dream holiday.

Too Good to Be True!
Beware! The number listed on the website is actually from Kayak, who get really bad reviews. And there used to be a company 'Ace Travellers' who were scammers. My guess is this is all the same company, starting a new company each time the old one gets taken down because of bad reviews. Do not believe the 5 star reviews! Use common sense, if it's too good to be true it usually is.

Booking experience was good
Booking experience was good. Stella was patient while I looked at options and followed up promptly.
Tickets took a week to come through and there was a slow response to my query about reserving seats.

Very good experience
So far so good. Kevin helped us to book our tickets to Australia avoiding the conflict zone in the middle east, last minute. He got us the best possible price he could and this has meant we can still have the holiday of a lifetime despite thinking it was all over just a week ago! Thank you Kevin. Excellent Service from Ace Flights
Excellent Service from Molly at Ace Flights. Our flight to Australia was cancelled due to the conflict in the middle east. However, Molly very quickly and efficiently found us an alternative flight on our preferred dates just when we were starting to despair. This is a Trustworthy Company and the Customer Service is Excellent
I usually book flights independently but when our Qatari flights through Doha were cancelled, due to unsafe airspace, I had to find an alternative route to Perth in Western Australia. I only had one week to rescue our holiday of a lifetime to visit our daughter in Australia.
After hours of searching I stumbled upon this company, Ace Flights UK and booked a callback.
At first I was a bit unsure about a telephone only booking but a quick Internet search and a read of their reviews assured me that they were a genuine and trustworthy setup.
Kevin from Ace Flights called me punctually at the a set time and listened patiently to my requirements, Flights next Monday, not through the Gulf States, no more than two stops, no lengthy stop overs and reasonably priced.
Within a few minutes Kevin came up with something I had not thought off, to avoid the lengthy stopover he suggested a night in a hotel in Frankfurt with pretty much a whole day to explore the city. Then he told me that and that the hotel would be complimentary and that he could book it for me. All the other flights fitted our iteniary perfectly and the price was within the budget that I had mentioned to Kevin. Kevin emailed me a complete iteniary later in the day and arranged the payment.
As promised the next day an email came through with all the necessary paperwork flight numbers etc. and the hotel booking confirmation. I phoned Kevin to confirm everything and enquire about seat reservations. Within an hour Kevin called me back having booked (extra legroom) seats for my wife and I on all five flights, for around half the price we would have paid the Airline.
I phoned Kevin back, on his direct number, two or three times to check seat numbers etc., calls were answered immediately, and during every call Kevin was patient, helpful and courteous.
I was going to write that Kevin provided excellent customer service but actually it was more than that, Kevin seemed personally involved in solving our issues. This may well have been the best customer service I have ever encountered, thank you Kevin and thank you Ace Flights UK.

I spoke to Molly and she got me a flight to Australia for just under £2000 after my Qantas flights were cancelled due to circumstances in the Middle East. She did everything for me. Assistance at airports. Great seats. And she was very patient with me whilst online. Thank you Molly. I couldn’t have done it without you. I will definitely be coming back to you again.

Third time is a charm…
This is the third time my husband & I have booked with Molly at Ace Flights.
The service she provided has always been good however this time it was exceptional.
Having to source flights at short notice on alternative routes to avoid the Middle East whilst managing to keep costs and transit times acceptable was a big ask, but she managed it and provided us with several options.
We cant thank you enough for enabling us to make it to Australia for our sons wedding.
