A guy named Chris contacted me out of nowhere, saying that they had "accepted" my cancelation request. I never requested this. And when I requested to see proof of my request, they just falsely claimed that I had given verbal consent via WhatsApp. This is FALSE and predatorial behaviour. Horrific!

Sharon Briggs helped me book a flight last minute.
It was urgent but she was flexible in looking for an appropriate flight.

I highly recommend this company and Kevin Smith. My flights were cancelled by the airline at the last minute while already overseas travelling within Africa on a multi city trip. Kevin at checknfly immediately responded to my call for help. He diligently stuck with it, and even came in early the next day (on a Sunday morning) to change me to another airline and get me on my way. This wasn’t an easy task but he did it. Hugely grateful to Kevin and Checknfly. If only all travel companies and agents were as diligent and professional as these guys are. Thank you !!

I had a great experience with Checknfly but particularly with my customer service agent Katherine Baker. She went above and beyond, messaging me regularly on WhatsApp to provide updates on my flights and help come up with alternatives. We had a complicated route out due to flying through the Middle East, and Katherine was always available via chat to support. She even went out of her way to file a compensation claim for our flight delay. I am very grateful to have booked through Checknfly due to the incredible help I got from Katherine!

Kevin Smith was most helpful and very professional

The company advertised flights at a good price. They then tried to offer me cheaper flights at different time on low cost airline for the originally quoted fee. They tried to persuade me that it’s better to take the budget airline, despite the quote now being overpriced. However, they did eventually confirm the sale. It feels like they tried to get out of it. They also then solicited me for a positive review, telling me specific things to say.

Made my booking online and paid in full then the following day I received WhatsApp massages requesting to talk to me. I recieved a call from "Janet" in the Indian call centre advising that to flight might get cancelled so would I be flexible on days and route. I said no. Ten minutes later I recieved a whatsapp message telling me the flights had gone up and they want another £154 per person. I said no as I had already paid and was told I will have to cancel. Again I said no, they must cancel if they are not honouring the sale and make an immediate refund. They are still insisting I cancel and wait 7 working days for my £2600 back

Perfect deal and perfect service provided by Kevin Smith. All emails answered instantly and flight got booked within 30 min. Great job!

Excellent service and support by Katharine and Checknfly during the Middle East conflict where flights were being constantly cancelled and had to be rescheduled (4 times).
Found that Checknfly not only kept me fully updated and supported throughout, but also provided alternate solutions. Katharine was so helpful and patient during the entire, long drawn out process. Thank you as nothing was too much trouble and I would use them again without hesitation.

With travel plans (that I'd saved for over a year, for) disrupted due to Middle East (March 2026), I called several travel agents to discuss budgets, flexibility, cancellations and new routes to get from UK to New Zealand.
