Please make images accurate to product
Price was very reasonable and delivery was prompt. The battery seems to be working as it should and has definitely brought the laptop back from the dead. My only gripe is that the image on the product listing said Acer on the battery so I assumed it was exactly as the original but was not what I received. I'm still very happy with the product and service I just think perhaps images should be accurate to the product.

Two new Acer batteries have arrived
Two new Acer batteries have arrived for my laptop. One is the 6600mAh extra large, the other is the standard 4400mAh. Both are working well. Can't give 5 stars until I've been using them for 6 - 12 months to see how they last.

I recommend this business if you want a laptop battery.
My laptop's battery was dead flat. I ordered an Acer battery from this business. I wasnt sure about buying something online and they sent me an email to reassure me they will send the product. I got it within 7 days. The battery works well. They saved me buying a new laptop. Thank you.

Replacement of faulty battery
I first ordered a battery in december 2022 and received it within 10 days. however, the battery was faulty and would crash at 50% and not charge beyond 87%. i contacted customer service and after trying some troubleshooting, the customer service representative Tiffany decided that the company would just send a new battery. i received the new battery within 10 days again and installed it. the new one works absolutely beautifully, even better than my laptops original battery when i first bought it. 10/10 customer service experience, 10/10 battery performance

Ordered one item "15.4V 41.58Wh replacement battery for Acer SWIFT 7 SF713-51" which arrived within a week. The package came with small screw drivers. The battery was packaged in electro-static proof sleeve. After replacing the old battery and doing 3 cycles, it seems to be holding up well. Overall pretty good experience.
