Stay away from these guys

Stay away from these guys, a very dodgy outfit. I sent them all the correct details about my Acer laptop, they sent the wrong battery. So far so good, I'm getting used to that these days. I was stunned when they told me the solution to the problem....I need to return the battery at my expense and then they will CHARGE ME a fee for their error. Come on guys, you have to be kidding. So let me get this right, you can send me anything, and if you get it wrong, I pay the penalty. I told them to put their batteries somewhere the sun don't shine.

Not reccomended

I ordered a battery from the Australian site which stated that shipping usually occurs between 1-2 days. After a week I tried contacting them. I had no reply to my emails or messages left on their site. Live message service was not working. After several days of no reply I emailed them through PayPal and received a prompt reply that the battery was not available and would be coming from overseas. Was this OK or would I like a refund, I opted for the refund. I had no reply and no refund. I sent another email asking for a refund. Several days later I opened a case with PayPal and like magic I received my refund overnight. I am so glad that I paid with PayPal. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THAT YOU BUY FROM THIS DODGY COMPANY.
