NOT WHAT THEY PRESENT THEMSELVES TO BE. The initial conversation was excellent, then they proceeded to "hunt me down" with constant phone calls and emails. They authorized me for $11K, and I asked them to wait because I have a spouse on palliative care, and then decided to move my credit to zero interest cards. Two weeks later, they retaliated with a letter turning me down for bad credit (score is 720) which has impacted me on Experian. AFGE is a piece of work also.
