The product looked much better on the advertisement than what it is …it’s ok but a little disappointed.

The package arrive quickly but the actual items are cheao as all get out. They are nothing like your site shows. I can't give these as gifts, pure junk.

The ornament doesn't look anything nat all like what was shown on the ad. Not satisfied at all!

The covers are beautiful and the green color is vibrant. Shipping took much longer than expected but the wait was worth it.

Total scam. They make you wait two months, then they send you a fake tracking link and then claim the product was delivered when it is not. Do not buy from them. Scammers.

I am so disappointed. I never received my order, though acompactly claimed otherwise. Supposedly, the tracking claims it was delivered. The post office has no knowledge of it. They sent me a bogus tracking number to check, with adolescent humor attached. The letters in the number spelled out SEX. Needless to say, I am continuously being given the run around. I wish I had read the reviews, beforehand

It was everything & more.. great product

I am genuinely surprised that this works so well. We have a cat and the house smells fine. I burned up a waffle this morning and after awhile no burned smell. It's great. The one complaint I have is the packaging. It was a flimsy box that totally fell apart when I opened it. I was surprised it still worked.

I ordered the Mixed Peony Wreath in March and paid $109. In May I contacted customer service to say I hadn't received it and asked for a refund. They replied that another wreath had been sent out. I finally received the wreath in June. It looks nothing like the wreath in the ad pictures. The wreath I received is a piece of junk! I again contacted customer service and asked to return for a refund. The agent told me "shipping back to China is too expensive" "will you take $8 USD as compensation for this?" After going back and forth with them for several weeks, she finally offered me $17 USD in compensation for my piece of junk $109 wreath.
Save yourself the trouble and don't order from them!

Consistent updates on tracking, items are beautiful and appear well made.

Lovely cross, nicely carved. Nice finish as well. It was a bit smaller than I was expecting, but no worries.

Product did not look like what was advertised. Questionable quality. It took forever to receive my order.
