The hat was great. The t-shirt sizes run small though, so it didn't fit.

I thought the delivery time after paying for th eproduct was excessive.

It took awhile for my order to arrive, but, now that it has, the hat is very nice, and I love my Smokey the Bear Resist pin.

The quality of the products could be improved. I question the durability of the clothes and probably should be made of heavier cloth. Colors are great.

Finally received... the caps traveled a long way but arrived in great shape! Thank you

The tracking said the item was delivered but, it was not delivered to my home. I sent a message from the tracking email but have not heard back yet.

Not only was I surprised that the quality of the products was so good but being kept informed of the mailing process really impressed me.

The items seem to be well made and delivery time was good. Still I have questions. I couldn't find any tags for place of manufacture or composition of the cloth. A matter of curiosity. I ordered 3XL shirts. They fit but are a bit snug when compared to shirts I usually buy which are 3XL. I think the Smokey the Bear shirt picture does a good job getting your attention.

The emails stating where package was is very helpful. BUT you really should tell people where your items are shipping from, an expected arrival time. Waiting over a month for an item is not good. This was a gift so it came too late for that.

You certainly sent plenty of e-mails on where the shipment was and when to expect it. Thank you. I received it today. First impressions; the hat seems like a great high quality hat. The shirt is lovely, it has a different cloth texture, almost like two layers. I will have to wash and wear it before making any judgement. After washing, it has the feel of a very nice cotton shirt with a bit of a sheen that helps emphasize the forrest image and text.

It would have been better if I had known it was shipped to the USA from Italy. Delivery status was updated every couple of days so I knew where the parcel was. Product not quite as was pictured. Overall my experience was good. Thank you.

Surprised how quickly I received this package.

I had requested delivery updates and they stoped being sent at customs . Then suddenly, the package was here..

Took a while but it was worth it. Great graphics, good price.

The cap was sent in a reasonable amount of time. I wish that the print on the front was a bit more than just stamped on it. The cap itself seems well made.
