After having delivery issues due to the snow I contacted Acre who were extremly helpful and provided excellent customer care. In particular Nat who went above and beyond to rectify the issues and provided excellent communication throughout. What a lovely member of staff and a credit to the company.
I would always recommend Acre to practitioners who are looking for an efficient provider that goes above and beyond to ensure their customers are their No1 priority

Amazing service. I’ve been using acre for over 3 years. Great next day delivery and alway communicating if there is any issues. Had one this week and Nat was outstanding, managed to sort everything out. Such a personal touch. Highly recommend this company for safe, consistent and prompt delivery of pharmacy items

I had an excellent experience with Acre Pharmacy. My parcel was delayed last week due to bad weather, so I called to follow up and spoke with Nat. She was extremely helpful, kind, and reassuring over the phone. Nat went out of her way to sort the issue and arranged for my delivery to arrive the very next day. I placed an order with Acre Pharmacy about 10 days ago for essential aesthetic supplies, but DPD delayed the delivery, putting my client appointments at risk. I have been a customer with Acre Pharmacy for around two years. I have always found their customer service skills to be fantastic. This morning (two days before Christmas) I had some issues with delivery I needed help with and was dealt with by Natalie. She was very calm and professional and seemed fully invested in sorting the situation out for me. After ten minutes she had sorted my problem and had communicated with me on WhatsApp a plan. I felt reassured and relieved. Thank you so very much Natalie for your kindness and exceptional customer service! Fantastic!

5 stars for me
Had nothing but a positive experience with ACRE for all my orders. I think their prices are some of the best on the market and they run great offers. The 12 days of Christmas advent calendar was a wonderful initiative and put me on to some new products I’ve tried. The main reason for leaving my review is in the one instance where I had an issue with a missing product and Natalie couldn’t be anymore helpful or professional with looking into and getting it rectified. I find the most important thing about a business is where things go wrong, and they can, it’s how they put them right. 5 stars for me. Happy customer.
