Really helpful
I spoke to a person called Justin and I was really impressed at the how he made the entire experience a comfortable one. You're naturally anxious calling in to talk about debt but he was reassuring, and ran me through the available options and did his best to help me.
I can't express how much I appreciate his help.

I spoke to a customer service…
I spoke to a customer service representative his name was
Jerrome (I hope as that’s person who sent me the email). He was so helpful and understanding and he accommodated the fact I was struggling which I really appreciate. It can be scary calling debt collectors and to be honest it’s very comforting when a human being picks up the call with understanding and works with you to come to a suitable solution. Thank you very much.
