This company is terrible, put your account on hold so you can’t make payments for no reason what so ever even when you have been paying on time on a regular basis and are still willing to pay, isn’t the first time they have done this to me, they know I don’t like answering the phone due to my mental health and it’s on my account I prefer emails, yet everytime I don’t answer the phone because my mental healths been really bad, my account always gets put on hold so I can not pay

Very understanding, no pressure

I had the pleasure of contacting Wescot Customer Care on Monday morning of last week and speaking to a Wescot Representative called Michelle.
I don’t think I will ever be able to say Thank You enough to Michelle for her professional and kind handling the of the entire situation. Michelle listened without any pressure or interruptions and her professional guidance throughout which was nothing short of “First Class” as it was full of caring and kind whilst also providing options and solutions.
Even when my business with Wescot and Michelle was amicable and professional resolved with nothing but honesty and being proactive with Zero to Nil complications or pressure.
Michele was someone that was listening to me at the right time and in the right way with manners and respect. The last year I had some
Major personal issues to deal with both Mentally and Physically which had put me under pressures that I never had in past and actually I never knew that existed. Michelle stopped all the pressure within 2 minutes of the call commencing and understood my actual current situation. Even when my Wescot business came to an end this lovely lady didn’t stop showing her professional approach and support but this was different, it was finding a humane side to business at that very right and much needed time that works out a solution that isn’t detrimental to the business or to the customer or client . It was simply the service that we all look for but never usually find it. I was only offered fair and helpful guidance that was frankly First Class and all without anything being communicated in a cold business way or intrusive manner.
It was one of those calls that you don’t want to have to make no matter what your situation is but Michelle’s approach and handling of the entire situation was “Above and Beyond”.
Not only a positive outcome at the time of the call taking place but for me personally but it has continued since then and none of that would have been possible without Micheles professional guidance and support.
Thank You Michele for taking the time to listen and then to assist me in taking positive and progressive action and providing it all with a caring and kind approach. That call had so many positive effects on my personal situation which continues to this very day and it will last well into the future.
