The ladies posture shirt, I would definitely recommend, I have gained strength in my upper body within no time. I am now able to lift, using my left shoulder as before I could not even carry a bag of groceries. im very pleased with the results.

Corrects all of your posture and can help with aches and pains. I have always worked out and try to stay active, but at the grand old age of 49 I have more than one issue! Whilst not obvious all of the time I tend to slouch, bringing my shoulders too far forward, I also have arthritis in my back. I bought a shirt because my wife had seen it on TV and thought it may help. In truth I did not expect too much, but I have to say after a couple of days of wearing the t shirt I noticed my posture had improved. It supports you helping you to adopt the correct posture. Having worn the t-shirt off and on for a little over a month, I have found naturally correct my posture on the days I am not wearing the shirt. Whilst the shirt is not a cure for my arthritis, it has helped me concentrate on my core strength. I use my stomach muscles more when lifting and bending, and moving correctly aggravates my back far less.

The shirt was delivered quickly, details of how to look after the shirt and maintain it’s strong elasticated qualities are provided. It does what they say it will, and I doubted it would.

For me worth the money it cost.

Following major spinal surgery I decided to try the zip on posture shirt to help assist muscle development in my back. I was a little hesitant when first putting it on feeling it might be too tight, I purchased the large size, and it proved to be the correct size, fitting well and I am usually a large size or 14-16.
I have not been able to wear it on more than three days at a time as for my back which is still very tender and liable to pain, but have been able to wear it for several hours at a time. I have found it particularly supportive when doing activities such as gardening or exercise.
Although expensive I feel it is worth trying as it seems to me to be a very good product and good value.

Strongly recommended, if you have spine issue, don't waste your money for the cheap solutions, pay more but you get more.. I have been looking for a new job, and frequently going for interviews, and this t-shirt is helping me to improvising my confidence personality.

Really good experience. When I first tried to order, the zip shirt was out of stock but I contacted the seller and Daniel offered to e-mail me as soon as it was back. I very soon got the promised e-mail and bought the shirt. It is really good, you can feel it pulling you into the right posture and the instructions for washing are clear and easy to follow. I am packing up to move house and have managed to 'lose' it (probably packed already in error) but I think I shall be re-ordering again anyway - I would love there to be more colours for the zip shirt than just black or white but that's not a criticism of the product!

I thought it was very good. Helped my lower back and posture generally.

I am still learning to use it. For example I wore it today from 10 to 3, during which time it enabled me to stand straighter, and with little pain (my problem is lumber kyphosis). Having taken it off I don't have a relapse to the slouch, with pain, I have on getting up. At least not so far. Yet on other days I do my various exercises earlier in the day, and put it in late afternoon, after lumber pain, when it takes me to bedtime standing straighter and straighter. I am not sure what is the best way to let it help in re-using my muscles.

The upper back pain is improved enough to not need wearing it every day. It looks a bit high under some clothes so it has not been worn when fashion dictates. But that shape is how it works.

I found this product fabulous in regard to encouraging me to stand straighter and with a better posture. I wear it daily to change my old habit of hunching my shoulders. It not only lets me know I am hunching my shoulders but acts as a reminder. I have tried other products which left me feeling sore under arms etc after an hour or so. This shirt is very comfortable and I can wear it for many hours with no discomfort at all. Whilst this is not my usual wear (too sports like) I can easily wear in under shirts or jumpers, it does what it says on the tin. I would recommend others to try it, and indeed have recommended it to my partner who also bought one. After one week I noticed that even when I wasn't wearing it, I began to actually realise I was hunching again, and would correct my posture immediately. A great product and definitely worth trying.

I was impressed with the service of Active Posture who were very obliging in exchanging the original order for a larger size at no cost to me whatsoever.
I have worn the item for between 2-4 hours each day since and can really feel the difference in posture. Unfortunately that also goes with quite a lot of torso discomfort and despite regular use the pain from wearing it is a problem. I feel that at my age (70) I am asking too much of the garment to encourage a change in my posture....there is simply too much to alter! I will continue to try and wear it to encourage my posture to a more upright stance but it is quite an exercise. i am certain the AP vest does push you in the right direction but my body refuses to do it willingly!!

I bought a 2.0 large-size male white vest and it arrived in the first week of October.
I have worn it on at least sixty of the last 66 days for between two and five hours. Obviously I have washed it, always after three days wear and it dries very swiftly overnight. I think it IS helping prompt me on posture whilst walking. I've never worn it in the gym because I get sweaty AND I find even the large size is very compressing on my torso. It's also - to my mind - too long and, if I didn't fold it over, would cover my buttocks and "goolies"(!) - despite me being 5' 8" with a 35" waist. I'm concerned that despite tender very frequent hand washing, the neck edging is discolouring - presumably from sweat.

I note that when I've just looked at the sizing chart for the new blue one that, per my dimensions, I should be a Medium for that new model. I'm going to order, but if it's even tighter than my current one is (after 10 weeks), I will be returning it.

I am extremely please with my top. Bought the small one which was too big and it was changed within days.
My posture has improved hugely and i automatically pull my shoulders back now.

Once I got used to putting the shirt on the right way around (!), joining the hooks and eyes, and managing the zip - all easy once you've done them a few times - I found the shirt really useful for my posture, and am impressed by the high quality and strength of the manufacture. Well worth the money!

Fantastic shirt, I felt the difference immediately.

I broke my collarbone 3 years ago (plated) and since then I have had constant niggling pain due to bad posture, wearing the shirt I have had no pain whatsoever.

Real quality product and well worth the money not only that but lovely people to support also ❤️

Unfortunately, I don't seem to get any benefit from wearing the shirt. It is well made and durable but for me sadly, it simply hasn't helped my posture at all.

I am very pleased with my active posture shirt and I wear it every day and I feel the benefit already. I certainly know when I am not wearing it and I bought another one today so i don't suffer when its in the wash.

I have tried the zipper shirts and they are great!

Apart from being able to 'see it' underneath my usual White shirt then it does remind you to stand/sit properly. How good is it it is early days yet to actually comment fairly.
