I was able to get in touch with someone really quickly and they were able to clearly inform me of stock levels and delivery times.

purchased a ender 3 neo on 27th Feb and recieved it next day, outstanding service. never used them before and with the price3 being £25 cheaper than anywhere else i was a bit sceptical. but all was genuine and received my order and all packaging etc was good. will defo order from them again.

I’m over all happy with the prompt postage of the printer, however iv got an issue with the printer, and I sent an email to the address given by a member of your staff, and iv only had one response basically saying you’ll get back to me regarding the fault, that was over 4 days ago now and I’m still waiting.
I would like to add that the problem has now been rectified , and over all I’m very happy with the printer,

I had not heard of the company, so when they came up during a google search for an Ender 3 S1 Pro, I was a little sceptical, especially as they were cheaper than Creality's sale price.
After reading some customer reviews I decided to order the printer, I'm so glad I did. Their dispatch and delivery was very fast. The printer arrived 2 days earlier than the estimated date.
Finally, the communication from this company was excellent, I got several emails throughout informing me of my order status.
