Service very good
Service very good, delivery fast. Printer still getting used to it but seems to be very good. Auto levelling took a couple of goes but got there. Speed good, controls good. I bought the printer to print out models for my oo train layout having to experiment when doing small parts but that is to be expected. Disappointed when buying printer. because when I had the chance to buy filament at a good price and different colours, but all out of stock so was not happy. After this review to other customers might come back to me about that.

Great company
Great company . Little bit slow to respond and the phone number doesnt seem to work ever BUT Adam and Jim will look after you once you make contact and go above and beyond to help you . I had an issue with an ender 6 and they IMMEDIATELY sent me out a replacement motherboard , stepper motor and cable . Perfect !

Order went smoothly
Order went smoothly - Ordered Thursday morning, it arrived the next day which I wasn't expecting as during ordering it said Monday, so I had the weekend to play with it. Printer was well packaged and went together easily. Not had any problems yet so cannot comment on after-sales.
