Acutrack has been great to work with overall! Communication and scheduling were smooth, and my account manager has always been helpful and responsive. They guided me through getting my TikTok Shop set up and kept in touch throughout the process.

The only challenge I encountered was during the initial TikTok integration — we ran into a system error, and I had to troubleshoot it on my own. It would have been nice to have a bit more technical guidance in that area.

That said, once everything was up and running, fulfillment and shipping have been seamless. I appreciate their ongoing support and would definitely recommend them for reliable print‑on‑demand and fulfillment services.
