Could kill people
Took over a week to call back to schedule a time to look at my CPAP then when they called couldn't return mine to be checked out for another 2 weeks which leaves me over 3 weeks with no sleep machine

Excellent Service
The OT put in the wrong address when she wrote the order. I was worried the equipment wouldn't be delivered on time due to the error. However, when I called the customer service, she was able to reroute the delivery time and address. I received my order within the time frame I requested. Everything went so smoothly. Customer service was excellent and the technician who delivered the equipment was super friendly too.
Getting fitted for a new mask!
I met with Gloria to try a new mask. Gloria was helpful and courteous, and helped me with the fitting of my new mask. This is my second time to work with her and she was able to answer most of my questions, which I really appreciated. She was also patient as her computer system was up and down. The only part that would have been more helpful is if she could have given me the pro's and con's of the various masks that I have yet to try, which would have helped me make a more solid choice. This would have just been about going above and beyond for service.

Adapthealth Credit Card Collection Practices
Do Not Give Your Credit Card to Adapthealth! Miraculously after I gave my info to Adapthealth my credit card company canceled my card and gave me a new one because they found international fraud charges suddenly. Now, one day after I activated my new card, Adapthealth asked me on four different calls for my new credit card number for my "convenience". Since I don't have any billing with them my Plan G pays 100%, I keep telling them I'll send an e-check if I ever get a bill. They giggle and hang up on me. These men in billing in Adapthealth keep asking for credit card numbers they don't need? and giggle and hang up? Shame on me for letting you have my number on file the first time! Not happening ever again!

Unreliable & Terrible Service
The absolute WORSE company I've delt with as it relates to equipment for elderly. My relative has been waitin for six weeks for his walker, they do not call to inform them of delivery status updates and they provide FALSE delivery dates. One waits for delivery, they do not deliver and they don't call to inform you of status. Kaiser Permanente California contracts with them and its a disservice to their patience. NOT a reliable company and they have NO customer service oriented help. DO NOT do business with them.
