This is a good product

This is an interest free product, which provides excellent cover for eye wear for up to two years. The staff were pleasant and knowledgeable, clearly answering any questions I asked. I believe this to be good economical sense.

Dishonest and Dishonourable

Dishonest, CANNOT be trusted! I contacted them in July to notify them that my husband had died in June, I was told that the debt would be written off, once I sent a copy of the Death Certificate, of which I did, and they returned it. However, they STILL continue to take payments! I can understand possibly 1 month (August) as it may have been too late to stop the payment, however they have also taken for September. Why are companies able to ‘keep their word’, but others like Adaro do not. As if bereaved next of kin are not suffering enough. Far from reputable!
