The name, A Day’s March, is an old military term - it's how far an army can move in one single day. It reflects our ambition to make clothes to help you get through the triumphs and troubles of everyday life.

This company do not take problems with delivery seriously - mine never arrived - they told me to contact the police - can you believe it!
Quality gone downhill
Used to like a days march but the quality has dropped noticeably, while prices have gone up.
My two recent orders have been defective, linen overshirt with badly sewn buttons and a shirt which had a hole in it. Not acceptable for the prices you are charging.
The most annoying thing about this, in my opinion, is that customer service offers a small discount and will pay tailor costs to fix the defective clothes. Why would I waste my time to bring brand new defective clothes to a tailor? In the 130+ euro price range? Fix your quality control instead. Learned my lesson and won't shop here anymore since I get better quality from other companies for half the price or less.

Köpte en tröja som först knapparna satt väldig löst på, fick ganska drygt mejl att jag får ta den till skräddaren och så kan de återbetala.
Sen tvättar jag tröjan med hand och den blir till en babystorlek, får ännu ett drygare mejl om att jag kan ”testa” skicka till retur och skriver
”Om den är tvättad i maskin så kan de se detta.” Onödigt drygt, jag skriver i mejlet innan på trevligt sätt att jag har följt instruktionerna.
tröjan är nu kastad i återvinningen, betalade 699 för tröjan och 200 kr hos skräddaren som sa att knapparna var väldig dåliga i kvaliten
Made in china och kvaliteten stämmer.

Riktigt fina kläder med bra passform och hög kvalitet. Har handlat hos er i flera år och är alltid lika nöjd! Kundtjänsten är dessutom otroligt smidig och snabb när man behöver hjälp.

Kvaliten på deras kläder är under all kritik. Man ska inte behöva kemtvätta så här pass billiga kläder för att de ska hålla både passform och finnish. Spara pengarna och investera i något mer kvalitativt och långsiktigare är mitt råd.

I ordered a shirt on the 18th of jan. Today - 8 days later - I get an email saying that A Day's Match had an error on there webshop yesterday (the 25th) and they can deliver anyway.
An order was placed on the 18th. can not be delivered due to an error on the website on the 25th. Mmm?! What a great company :)

Unfortunately bad service and the quality of the cloths is not great. My sweater got three holes after a year and when I was in touch the service was not how you would expect
Gift card expiration
Unfortunately, they wouldn’t extend my gift card, even though it was only valid for one year and had only been expired for about 1.5 months. It honestly feels like a waste of money.
They were quick to reply, which is the only positive thing I can say at the moment.
Don't recommend this shop.

My issues with the return were…
My issues with the return were completely ignored. I was repeatedly sent invalid return labels. I was blamed for the problems, and my questions were ignored. In the end, I paid the return shipping fees myself. Despite this, I never received a refund. Follow-up inquiries are being ignored. And all of this happened even though I have purchased several expensive clothing items from them over many years.
