The name, A Day’s March, is an old military term - it's how far an army can move in one single day. Really poor customer service!

Really poor customer service.
I can reed here that I am not the only one that they handled badly.

They don’t take responsibility for faulty items or misleading products description.

Bought a pair of trousers that was marketed as a pair of pleated ones.
After washing with even better washing instructions, the pleating was totally gone. The customer service just say that it’s supposed to be so and that you need to iron them every time to get the pleating. There is no way you could know these when you get products home and inspect them. It’s when you have washed them you could see this, and then it’s too late to return them. I wouldn’t keep them if I would have know this before.

They should not be marketing them that way then. And just show a pair of regular trousers in the description.

And what I could tell from here and other people’s experience they don’t seem to care to resolve matters.

I have bought several pieces from them in the past. Now I will not make that mistake again. I recommend no one to buy from A days March.

Kass kundservice!

Har handlat en del produkter från A days march. Överlag är jag nöjd med de produkter jag behållt. Men deras kundservice är under all kritik! När jag köpte en Overshirt i svart och sedan såg att lappen som är sydd på insidan i nacken. Att de sytt den med vit tråd, men sytt igenom tyget för långt. Så att på baksidan av overshirten på ryggen så syns det fläckvis med vita stygn. Vilket inte ser så snyggt ut på en annars helsvart overshirt.
Jag mailade kundtjänst och berättade att jag inte var nöjd med produkten, att den måste vara felsydd, eftersom den borde inte se ut så.

Men enligt dem så "ska den se ut så". (Men kollar man på bilderna på webben, så syns det inga vita sömmar bak i nacken på utsidan av overshirten av lappen som är sydd på insidan) Och jag får skylla mig själv eftersom att jag inte såg det innan jag tog bort tagsen och skickade tillbaka några andra saker som jag hade beställt.

Dålig kundservice! Var noga med att kolla igenom alla dina produkter ordentligt innan du tar bort dina tags. För upptäcker du något fel efter det, Ja då får du skylla dig själv enligt A days march.

Great in all aspects

Great response from the CS team regarding a question I had about the sizes of the Lynx t-shirt, I believe I spoke to Albert. Very nice guy. Would definitely recommend.

Den sämsta kundservicen jag stött på i Sverige. Var försiktig om du köper något, du kan knappt prova kläderna utan att de nekar returer. De kör sin egen policy och följer inte vad Konsumentverket säger. Jag köpte en av deras dyraste tröjor och var missnöjd med kvalitén på den. Men eftersom jag tagit bort pristaggen så får jag inte returnera den. Vad är det för påhitt och varför kan de inte sätta på en ny prislapp undrar man ju. Suck. Det blir ingen mer shopping från dem tyvärr, det måste vara tryggare för konsumenten att handla. Tror jag kommer anmäla dem till Konsumentverket faktiskt.

Take some advice & stay well away from…

Take some advice & stay well away from this company.
The clothes are over priced rubbish & the customer service is even worse (if possible).
A terrible experience from start to finish, one I wouldn't wish on anybody else.
You only have to read the other reviews to appreciate how poor this company is.
Charging premium prices for 2nd rate clothes and a 3rd rate service.

I am sorry to hear that you didn't like the jacket in your last order.

According to our email conversation we had with you today I can see that you were upset with our UK shipping fee of £15 and our return fee of £5. I am sorry if you feel like this information was not stated clearly enough before your purchase and return.

However, The shipment fee was paid in the checkout since your order value was under £220, which is our limit for free shipping. How much more your order value needed to be for free shipping has been calculated in the checkout for you to see. Moreover, you have been provided with the information about the shipping cost when you choose the delivery option.

The return fee of £5 is charged in our mission to lessen our footprint on the environment. All information above is displayed on our "shipping and returns" page (https://www.adaysmarch.com/uk/shipping), where we have stated that "shipping fees are non-refundable if the customer paid this in the first place", and where you can find information about the return fee.

I am sorry if our policy didn't meet your expectations but I hope you understand that we need to follow our refund policy and treat all customers in the same way.

BudBee hurts your brand and experience

Big fan of the products! However, you need to stop using BudBee as an extended part of your brand and experience. They can’t be bothered to deliver - I just had a driver drive right past my house and afterwards sending a text that I was not home. I was standing in the door waiting for him.

Over expensive product and bad material | Best Window Shopping ever, lol .

So I thought one expensive Ada Knitted Rib Dress from Stockholm and I just wore it once. Then I had bit accident that I got small food on my clothes, I ran to rid up them quickly but sadly the stains was left there. I am not recommending you to buy over expensive clothes that it has a similar style like H&M because of the bad quality.

Poor service and shipped to wrong address

Put my current home address in as I ordered an item. However it turns out they use DHL which saves your last shipment address or whatever is tied to your email address. I’ve moved house and haven’t used DHL since early 2020. So they shipped it to my old home address that I haven’t lived in for 2 years. A good few hours drive away. What’s the point in putting my home address down when they’ll just use DHL that saves your old details (without notifying me until it was out for delivery), and making it impossible for the customer (me) to rectify?
Poor service won’t be buying from them again. Especially for how much their items cost.

Lambswool jumper worn through

I've had one of the ADM lambswool sweater for one year and unfortunately it has already worn through on the elbow and created a gaping hole. Pretty gutted about it, as usually their stuff is high quality - I've had cheaper sweaters last much longer!

Great customer service

Great customer service! Bought a pair of pants which unfortunately broke after about five months. A Day's March offered to pay for a tailor to repair them or to ship me a new pair instead.

Nice and cool casual wear!

Nice quality and it is a bit cheaper than the other big fashion brands. Good service when ordering online. So far i am very satisfied with this brand!

Very satisfied with my order and the service from A Day’s March. My initial order gone lost because of PostNord, however, the customer service team helped me out and provided a solution just within a matter of hours. I will shop again soon!

Terrible customer service

Clothes are great! Such a shame I will never use this company again.

I bought some clothes in January and was not notified of an extra customers charge, this resulted in me receiving a bill from DHL.

A Day’s March said that they would settle the bill, they didn’t, and now DHL have passé my details for debt collection.

This is absolutely terrible and I am extremely unhappy.
