An overall mixed experience

An overall mixed experience. All the products came in perfect condition, as expected. However, the processing time was reeeally slow and the customer service was less than good

The worst customer service ever

The worst customer service ever. I bought track suit set a month ago and I understand that there will be delays and I get that. But the way the man in customer service treated me was unacceptable. I called Adidas to follow-up the status of my order at 10:59am NZ time 23rd Nov and a man on the other line's voice is cutting out so I had to ask him to repeat what he is saying. He gave me the tracking number and was already unpleasant while giving me the numbers, when I asked what postal it was and how do you spell the name of the postal, the line got even worst so had to ask him to repeat the spelling. I can hear him on the other line making breathing sounds of impatience. He wasn't listening to me at all and he just kept talking and acting very impatient. He was very insensitive and RUDE!

Don't waste your time ordering online

Don't waste your time ordering online - ordered shoes over a month ago - waited for the up to "25 working days" to be processed only to find out the shoes are out of stock - thanks for letting me know....wouldn't have known this if I didn't call customer service..
They are now offering a 40% off voucher for when the shoes are back in stock - which may be 2022 - what a joke!!

Ordered mid September still waiting for…

Ordered mid September still waiting for the shoes to be dispatched, they say high volumes is the reason but only Adidas seem to be having issues.

I would avoid at all costs absolutely rubbish customer service and i will never order again from them.

Amazing

I’m not sure why there are so many bad reviews but I have ordered many times using their website and have never had any trouble at all. Definitely will shop again and recommend to all.

Absolutely ridiculous!

Absolutely ridiculous!! I order pair of shoes from adidas more than a month now. Still havent received it. I have called adidas customer service about 10x now and and I dont where the call goes, these people are like robots! They say they will chase up with DB Schenker and get back everytime but not one of them have got back. I asked for a refund and they said they cant! Asked to talk to the manager, they told me not available! I dont even know what to do or whom to contact! I will be reporting this to the consumer council of NZ. Never order from Adidas online.....scammers!

Excellent service, will use again.

Excellent service. I ordered on the 16th July and package arrived today. You do not get email updates every step of the way like many other online shops however that was not an issue as I had the ability to view order and track parcel using the link Adidas provide. This was very simple and tracking is done via Schenker. This was as any track my order service very transparent and updated accordingly; initial status is booked. This status is what I suspect many 1 star impatient people are upset about. Im confident Adidas have Schenker receive items from Australia air shipment. This can take a couple of days. In my case 7 days before the second update was given. Day 8 another update and 2 days later arrived along with the update out for delivery. 10 days total for shoes and hoodies. I had no urgency to have items sooner than 10 days so I am very happy with service. They items arrived within expected date too.

I guess I'm one of the lucky ones? Being a bit generous here, but I gave Adidas NZ 4 stars, could even be 3 stars to be honest. I placed an order online with Adidas NZ before researching reviews as I thought, no need since they're a reputable brand/company, right? But then discovered so many bad reviews, and so I had doubts that they would deliver.

Placed an order online 24/06/21, shipped 30/06/21 and package delivered/received 08/07/21. All items received in tact, no issues with the items and typical packaging standards.

I only received a single email basically straight after placing an order on the 24th June. Confirmation email to say they're processing the order, with order number provided, direct link to view order at any time, links to FAQs and Online Shop Support, and a detailed order summary of items purchased. All the other emails from Adidas, at time of writing this review, probably a total of 4 emails, were non-related to my order.
Usually from experience and numerous online purchases, I would get 2-3 emails, order confirmation, order processing, order shipped and sometimes, an email confirming order delivered with a leave a review and rating link. I find it convenient having email notifications pop up via email on desktop and mobile.

Adidas NZ have everything connected to the account, so I would have to login several times to view order updates and order tracking.
The tracking number provided had errors, shipment not found etc, I would get zilch, no matter what reference type I selected. Somehow, after I received my order, it magically shows the necessary tracking info, so I've been left out in the dark, not knowing where my parcel is at throughout the delivery process. The whole idea for the tracking is peace of mind, monitoring of your parcel and what stage it's at to swiftly address any issues that arise.

I agree with everyone in regards to the logistics partner, I just hope that Adidas NZ sort this out and fix the peoples messed up orders.

I might be in that very tiny percentage of successful orders delivered with no issues besides the tracking process, but I think this will be my first and last online purchase here at Adidas NZ until they change or make major improvements with logistics.

13 May - One pair was returned (after trying to get in contact for 2 days via their awful repetitive facebook messenger system and finally getting a pickup confirmed via the phone)

25 JUNE - I have fb messaged twice, called 4+ times to be told each time my items were confirmed returned on the 14th May and that my refund is coming. 6 WEEKS!! I still have not received my refund and I am going to have to call again. This whole experience has been incredibly frustrating and it's still not over. If it wasn't a large known brand like Adidas I would have just thought this company was a huge scam.

Horrendous service

Horrendous service, they send out damaged goods then can't exchange them and can only provide a refund. Advised that the courier would be in touch to pick up the return but no one contacts you then they don't respond to emails. Even offered a 40% voucher which they didn't bother sending

Drop DB Schenker please!

Why oh why do Adidas use DB Schenker?! They charge $11 delivery (for ONE singlet) and then proceed to take FOREVER to deliver. For the love of everything that is good, listen to your customers and get rid of DB Schenker. Why even have an "agreed delivery date" when there is not a chance it is going to be met? Worst logistics partner in NZ.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Ordered November last year. Online tracking didn't work - showing no updates. Arrived December but delivered the WRONG ITEMS. Tried to get in touch with customer service multiple times via online chat and phone, not happy at all. Online chat wasn't available 90% of the time and once I get through, it will time out without the issue getting resolved. Phone wasn't any better either, kept calling only to wait 20-30mins with no answer.

Their process for handling cases like this is very badly designed as well. I was told to wait for someone to call me within 48 hours to arrange for pick up of the wrong items - never called. Followed up - no response. Was told that they will no longer deliver the items I ordered (which is now out of stock) and that I have to order it again - NEVER ordering from Adidas NZ again. They also told me that they can only process the refund once they receive the wrong items back and even after that I have to wait 14 business days for them to process it. SO VERY FRUSTRATING GIVEN ITS NOT EVEN MY FAULT. I paid 300nzd total for nothing but lots of hassle. They gave me a voucher to use which expires in 3months - WELL GUESS WHAT. ITS ALREADY MARCH AND THE VOUCHER ALREADY EXPIRED BEFORE I CAN EVEN GET MY REFUND.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM ADIDAS NZ ONLINE. REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I wish I'd read the reviews here before…

I wish I'd read the reviews here before ordering shoes from reebok/Adidas nz. I needed new trainers as I was starting a new fitness plan. It's been 3 weeks since I ordered and still no sign of them. Nothing should take this long to travel from one end of the country to the other! Most items arrive over night for goodness sake. I don't understand why they continue to use this DB Schenker outfit to send goods. Beyond furious. I wish I'd gone to rebel sport and got shoes now, but I was lured in with 50% off, now I realise it was not even worth it... Will I ever receive the shoes? Who bloody knows....

Never buy anything from here

Never buy anything from here, I purchased a pair of Yeezy 350 on the 5th of December. I just received them today (29th of January) and I just can't imagine an Adidas warehouse just 8km away from me! And they don't accept any refunds nor can they cancel your order or even change the size, I'm questioning if this is really legal?

For whatever reason adidas nz use DB schenker as their logistics partner. Parcel has been with DB schenker up in Auckland for two weeks, not moving at all. Christchurch ain't that far away you losers!
Very disappointed and will not order from adidas nz again. Use NZ post like normal people, not a company that can't deliver on time in Europe with bigger infrastructure either!
