Poor Delivery Times
Ordered a top last Saturday 25/03/2023 and the latest delivery date was the 31/03/23. Item still not going to be delivered this week. Was a present for a party tonight but has to purchase and alternative present and send this back. A lot of hassle because they couldn't deliver a top within the timeframe they gave. Would recommend Nike, never has an issue with them and usually delivered in a few days.

We ordered items in November giving a buffer of weeks for delivery for Christmas. After 2 weeks contacted customer service via online chat to be told it should be out.a week later contacted them again, told there was some mix up & it would be sorted. Phone call today informed me that my order had been put on hold & there was no way they could authorise next day delivery for me , so it would be the 30th dec before I would get it. No understanding just a cancellation of order & now I have to try the high street for sizes for Christmas clothes, which I was avoiding by ordering so early. Customer service is non-existent!!!

A really frustrating experience dealing with rude customer agents. Contacted about a return I sent 2 months ago which I still haven’t received a refund for. All the details I provided were said to be incorrect and I had to argue with further information to prove they were correct. This happened repeatedly with little acknowledgement or apology. I received dismissive texts asking if I was reading messages when I was trying to provide further information about details that I was told were incorrect but weren’t. I’m still waiting on further information but I feel it is unlikely I will receive my refund. I have dealt with complicated returns with other companies and they have not been as dismissive, rude or condescending as this.

Wouldn’t ever order from here again, ordered shoes back in December 2018 as a Christmas present and never received them was never refunded for them either as no one could seem to locate my order that was placed even after it was deducted from my bank account, I sent them the transaction on my bank account also and still refused to refund me or acknowledge the fact they scammed me, didn’t know about bank disputes then either. Decided to give them a try again years later, received my order, had to print off a whole different label for an exchange, sent back as an exchange within the 5 days exchange time frame (returned for this on day 4) and this was cancelled after returning it, 2 customer service agents told me I’d receive an email with a new tracking number of the exchange item and it would be delivered on or before October 4th 2022, never received any email and had to contact them again, there was a mix up with the exchange and I’ll be receiving a refund instead. I used a discount on this order that I can’t get again and I printed a different label off for an exchange that was the whole point in my return not for a refund. The size was also in stock so there was literally no excuse. Won’t be shopping with adidas again.

The item was priced at a discounted rate but by the time it reached the warehouse the discount had expired. I also changed address in the time being. Needless to say - a bit of a headache!
I called the customer service helpline, was answered immediately and the problem was resolved straight away - the new item is on the way out to my new address at the same original discounted price and will arrive TOMORROW. Best customer service I've experienced.

First time that I need their customer service and Adidas provided me one of the worst customer experience ever, showing how greedy and pathetic this company is. I bought 3 products on sale (March 14th, morning time) , and paid for the next day's delivery (what was supposed to happen on the next day, March 15th). On the 3rd day, I called customer service to check what was going on. After 6 calls for customer services and many fake promises that the products would be delivered, adidas simply sent me an email, saying that UPS lost my package and that they would refund the money -- instead of resending the package and honouring the price, as the products I bought were no longer with the sale price. Absolutely disgraceful way to deal with customer

Recently ordered a pair of trainers (size UK 11) from the online store. When the order arrived it was obvious the trainers were not an 11, even though the label on the trainers says they are a UK 11 and so did the box. It was obvious the wrong label had been attached to a smaller trainer. I had presumed there would be quality control checks going on to ensure this type of thing didn't happen.

False information being provided by Customer Service
I needed to make an exchange of a pair of runners I ordered as they were too big. I contacted customer service before hand as I was also moving house in two weeks and was worried I would be gone before the replacement arrived. Customer service assured me the replacement would be sent once the barcode is scanned at the post office for my return shoes. I waited two days and when there was still no update I rang customer service to be informed that they had to wait until the shoes arrived in their headquarters in Germany before they'd send out the new ones. After I told him about what I was informed about previously, he admitted that yes that is correct and is also what the website says, but that they actually don't do that. He also couldn't change the delivery address so now I need to contact the new tenants and hope they will keep the parcel for me. Disgraceful customer service

But, OMG lately it’s like pulling teeth

They ask you to do a review in products you buy for a 25% on your next order.
The code arrives, goes to use it but only 20% is taken off, contact adidas who say we will give u back the difference once you receive the order. Perfect, but now they only sent €5.
Plus I have several other vouchers like this. I will not use them, as adidas think you can spend hours on live chat with stupid slow operators.

Adidas cancelled order
Their limited edition sales are a complete scam. I recently ordered a product as soon as it went on sale. To my surprise I got it and paid for it. The order was immediately confirmed by email. The next day it was reconfirmed by email stating there was a delay with dispatch but everything was in order. The next day my order was cancelled saying they were out of stock. My products were obviously given to somebody else and similar shoes are currently reselling online on third party websites at inflated prices. The company is happy to see loyal customers lose out at the expense of profiteers on the reseller sites. Have used Adidas all my life but will be very reluctant to buy from them again.
