First and foremost, Julian is a gentleman, shared his availability which suited us visited, on arrival very professional and knew exactly what you was doing and what to look for.

My adjustable bed had broken, so I could not find anyone to fix it. So I filled out a form on a website called adjustable beds and chairs repairs. With in 10 minutes Mr Moore rang me back. Explained everything to him, and he said he knows what's wrong. So he organised the actuator and had it delivered. We put it on bed and the experience was top service. Thank you

My adjustable bed was indispensible to me as I have a bad back, and other comobities. The lifting mechanism broke and I contacted Julian, who came out promptly. He arranged for new 'innards' for the bed including slats and motor. All completed OK and cant praise Julian enough for helping me out and saving the cost of having to buy a new bed.

I spoke to Julian on the telephone - I had a problem with an adjustable bed which had eluded correction for many years. Julian solved it in seconds and was the most helpful person I have spoken to on the subject. I mad quite a number of other calls, all of which would only deal withy the specific manufacturers the had accounts with.
