I use AdsRole for two of my websites. I have realized an improvement in web traffic and business. I had a few bumps along the way, but ever since my new account manager, Rebecca, has taken over, it has been much improved. Thanks very much to Rebecca and the team!

Do not waste your time with this company
They will email you incessantly asking to work on your website
I had to ask them multiple times what are they talking about how do I know they are legit what website are they talking about
It turns out they wanted me to pay to work on a friends website because they randomly saw my email on a comment connected to the website and thought I owned the website
An idiot can figure it out but apparently this AI run company cannot avoid and bill them for your time

Establish transparent and genuine recruitment practices, particularly for virtual assistant interviews, to maintain credibility and attract qualified talent.

Very good results. Kevin and his team have been great. They hear my suggestions and implement them. We work together as a team to produce the best videos. They are patient and understanding. Daily-Wage Style Payments:

They are extremely proactive and constantly striving to do better. One of the account managers Ashley is superb at her job, always available to help and thinking of ways to help the client. I can highly recommend

Anish and his team run a very professional shop. They have a full staff of experienced Virtual Assistants and Technicianal support to handle a wide range of assignments: WordPress, SEO, Web Design, Content creation and more.

What was most impressive is the work ethic of the AdsRole team. They all work at a central office, clock in on time and eager to work and are well managed

Telemarketers. I asked them to put me on DNC and this barely English speaking woman argued with me.

I got a call from this company's HR department. She asked me to come to the Noida office for a face-to-face interview. I told her that I was looking for a fully remote job. She said, "Yes, we are okay with that. Our team lead wants to talk to you, and there will be an interview round."

I traveled from Mathura to Noida just for the interview. There were three rounds. The first round went really well, and they were impressed. Next was the assessment round, which also went well, as the team lead said. In the final discussion round, the team lead told me they were okay with my requested salary but could not offer a remote job because there was no such option.

I reminded him that I had already confirmed the remote work with HR. He said, "Okay, we will let you know in a day or two." But I never got a call from them. When I followed up, HR said my content was not good enough, and they found a better candidate. They did not stick to their words.

I suggest not wasting your time with this company and going through multiple interview rounds for nothing.

I spoke with Consultant, Kevin Smith, who contacted me via email, text, and by phone. Kevin emailed me out of the blue and just at the right time offering me feedback on my website. Usually, I am skeptical as there are way too many scammers out there. However, I took a chance with Kevin, and it was the best decision I made. He sent me a 31-page report on how to improve my website and its visibility. Kevin was very efficient, professional, and patient as he guided me through the report/audit he generated. I have never seen such a detailed assessment of a website before. In the assessment, he highlighted the benefits of maintaining an updated website, the importance of using the right keywords, and offered breakthrough solutions. He also took the time to explain the technical jargon. Bravo Kevin! for demonstrating excellent customer service.

Terrible decision…

Signed up March 2024 and still my website not ready.

They took £300 for optimisation and I did not tick the box to allow them to store my card details and take further payments as I was trialling their services. Then I see 3x £300 debits on my credit card statements over the last 3 months that I did not agree to ! Claim put in to my credit card company for theft of my £900.

Paid another £500 to create a new site !

So many errors with English language and felt like a stuck record player on repeat.

Sent them what I needed but they still couldn’t provide a privacy policy or agreement to our TOB’s on website. Online bookings not linked to my payment portal ! I gave up!

Anish said he would sort out the blogs and email me immediately but nothing was done.

Said they provide a 24hr service which they don’t as they are closed weekends and open when I’m sleeping.

Total waste of my time and money.. don’t trust them they are liars, thieves and cannot create good content or get a job done professionally.

Do not use this company its a scam!
To start from the beginning... before we have signed up for their SEO services it has been agreed IN WRITING certain terms of the services and guarantee of results with the sales person.
After 5 long months of their so called "seo services" ( badly written articles) i have questioned the results so far as out of only 5 keywords i have specified at the start 3 of them were lower ranking than at the start and 2 only improved by couple of places. Hardly great results. I have questioned this over many following months after which i have received an email to basically say we have done everything we could and we will not give you a refund and to stop contacting them.
Although it seems on their website they are based on US well actually they are as expected in India and they are just as bad so the rest of the SEO companies from India. Rest assured i can write off the money despite paying by paypal thinking if they don't deliver the services it has been guaranteed u will get my money back... well wrong despite my request for refund from paypay has decided they have provided the service i have paid for....??
