Late night calls & demands to change review
Dishonesy salewomem calls at late hours to demand you change your review. Contradicts her own story of orders, saying an order is placed yet in the same sentence says there never was an order. Do not order from if you expect to be treated respectfully by the HR. Im only editing this to warn others of the "dishonest" advertising that i FEEL is dishonest. These people will remove negative feedback claiming defamation for selling "dishonest" products. They will call without your knowledge of having your number.

The reviewer placed an order with us on the 18th of January which he did not pay for. The order still is awaiting payment. On the 17th of February he left a negative product review - however we have shipped no product to him.
On the evening of the 17th of February Anna rang the reviewer about 7pm USA time and I was present. Anna was courteous however asked what products he was leaving the negative review about as he had not paid for or received any products from adultsmart. The reviewer was asked if he placed (and paid) for another order under another email or name or provide any further details so that we could assist him as every shopper should have a pleasurable experience and we are there to assist. Anna also asked if he wanted the order that was unpaid we could send him payment methods so that we could send his order. The reviewer terminated the call saying he would think about paying for the order.
This negative product review was in breach of Trust Pilot Guidelines - 'you have purchased a product or service from a company, an organisation, a web service, etc. ("the Company"),' as Ben had left a negative product review when he had in fact purchased no product so was reported - and Trust Pilot removed that negative feedback.
The reviewer has now left a negative review because Anna rang him, and was courteous and helpful at all times, in order to determine how we could assist him with the order he had made yet not paid for and to determine why he had left a negative product review - when he has not received any products from adultsmart.
Trust Pilot has allowed this because under their policies and guidelines the reviewer has - 'you have placed an order with the Company,' Even though that order was never paid for and the only contact we have had with him was trying to determine why he has left a negative product review when he had not received or paid for any from our company.
This is a flaw in the Trust Pilot Policies and guidelines and other merchants should be warned and made aware of it.

Thank you notifying us of this Jeffrey. The products you purchased were sent same day by Australia post but unfortunately there were failed delivery attempts. Within minutes of receiving your review Anna contacted Australia Post to find out what had happened - as until receiving your review we did not know there was an issue. Australia Post said they were going to attempt delivery again today. Anna then contacted you via email and phone. This is a transcript of the initial email -

I have since been in contact with Australia Post and they have advised that your parcel is being held at Bentley - Mail Distribution Centre??? I confirmed the address with Australia Post and they have told me - that they will deliver your parcel tomorrow. (Australia Post are emailing me the above - and I shall pass email onto you, once I receive it).
Sorry that you have been inconvenienced by the delay. I shall keep you posted with updates from Australia Post.

Best customer service I've ever received.
A young woman helped me find a product to meet my needs. She was extremely helpful in that she asked her manager for assistance as my query was an unusual one. I left my contact details and sure enough I was contacted the very next day as promised and recommended a certain product that arrived without hassle and indeed was exactly what I was looking for!!!
