We bought a turbo and actuator. Actuator was the wrong part. They corrected the issue and immediately sent the correct part out. Truck is back up and running! Thanks Daniel and Adam!!

Great customer service, they had the old obsolete air compressor I needed. It did show up with a cracked oil return line port though. No other cores available had to jb weld it in order to put it in... Ver mais

purchased a new turbo

purchased a new turbo, they sent a refurbished turbo. I needed to get my customers unit back to running. installed the turbo and had vgt problems from the start. warranty was a nightmare with them as I showed them all the documents that the turbo was bad from the start and they wouldn't do anything to help.
Stay away from this company

We’re very sorry to read about your experience and understand how serious this situation is — especially when you were trying to get your customer’s unit back up and running.

If you purchased a new turbocharger and received a refurbished unit instead, that is a significant concern. The condition of a turbo — whether new OEM or remanufactured — should always be clearly represented and fulfilled correctly. We take that very seriously.

We also understand how frustrating it is to install a turbo and immediately experience VGT (Variable Geometry Turbo) issues, particularly after providing documentation that the unit was faulty from the start. Warranty situations involving diesel and heavy-duty truck turbochargers should be handled with clear communication and a fair review process. If you felt unsupported during that process, we sincerely apologize.

We would appreciate the opportunity to review your order, the product listing, and the warranty documentation you submitted. Please contact us directly with your order number so we can escalate this internally and ensure a thorough review.

Jimmy in parts was exceptional

Jimmy in parts was exceptional. He went above and beyond to ensure I had the correct part when we needed a new Battery Box lid after ours was stolen! He found the best price possible for the part and made the transaction over the phone quick and easy. Their prices for the same products were lower than the ridiculous prices at dealers services places.
Then, the part came damaged by shipping company and Jimmy had us send pictures and then had our shipping cost refunded within an hour.
I would definitely recommend Advanced Truck Parts.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. Paid express shipping and they never sent my item. Tried calling many times and they would ignore my call. Asked for a refund, was told a manager would call me back and they never did. Horrible experience in every aspect.

If you paid for express shipping and the item was never sent, that is unacceptable. On top of that, not being able to reach someone by phone and not receiving a promised call back from a manager only adds to the frustration. That’s not the level of service we aim to provide at Advanced Truck Parts.

When customers order semi-truck and heavy-duty truck parts with expedited shipping, it’s usually because timing is critical. We should either meet that commitment or communicate immediately if there is an issue.

My CPC unit was stolen and I ordered…

My CPC unit was stolen and I ordered what was the wrong part and quickly order another. I called to return the first part and they caught my mistake and quickly stop payment and refunded my money!!! Excellent customer service and support!!!!
