Nothing on their door or on their website to say they have gone bust! 2 wasted journeys! I’ve been a customer since day 1 in their original store! They could have at least told those on their database.

Faulty pair of shoes but COMPANY WENT INTO LIQUIDATION ON 31.03.2023 😔

Ordered trainers on 20th Feb. Not arrived. Website still 'under maintenance'. I paid via Klarna so hopefully will only 1/3 of my money instead of all. I'm sure company must be in administration.

Got my Brooks running shoes and I love them

Chloe was really helpful and was really patient in helping me to get a really good pair of shoes- really impressed with the quality of the service!

Excellent customer service. Went above and beyond to make sure I got the shoes I wanted despite them being out of stock in my size (here and everywhere else I looked). Were transparent about the whole process and always gave me options.

On my first visit, I was given some free running advice by knowledgeable staff who didn't pressure me to spend.

I came across Advance Performance when I was looking to buy a pair of Ghost 14 a few months ago. They were selling them at the best price I could find so decided to go with them. Since then I have purchased 3 other pairs of running shoes from the company. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and I always have a great experience shopping with Advance Performance. Highly recommend.

Selling items that you don’t have in stock

These guys advertise on Facebook shoes at discounted prices that they don’t actually have to sell.
It’s nothing more than misrepresentation and clickbait.
They take your order and your money and then blame sources outside their control for not being able to supply what you order.
Then they blame the banking system for delays in processing a refund.
Best avoided.

UPDATE 20 FEBRUARY
After my (1 star) review above, Emily from their Customer Services team contacted me to explain that they have had a major problem with suppliers and their systems that they have been working hard to resolve. She asked if I could give them another chance as they always want to exceed customer's expectations.
Despite some initial cynicism on my part, I have to say that they really did this time!
Replacement shoes were sourced, dispatched promptly and delivered by DPD the next day, all as promised and described. With follow up calls to ensure everything was ok. Real 5 star service this time around.
This would encourage me to give them another try in the future.

I ordered in good faith, and payment was taken, I was advised that the items were no longer available - but still waiting a refund

Ordered a product. It was then out of stock. Still waiting for a refund so I can buy else where. 3 weeks being messed about. Same product from Amazon, which I try not to use, ordered and delivered in 24 hours. You really need to improve. 7 to 10 days delivery times today just does not work.

Great service as always throughout my gait analysis. I've been using advanced performance for about 15 years. This year I've landed on a pair of shoes in the sale and they are excellent value for money and even a great colour!

Friendly, professional service. I had a gait analysis which was really helpful and gave me full assurance. Their APTribe discount meant I paid about a third of the full price for my trainers, which was a lovely surprise, but with the high standard of service, I would have come away pleased at full price. Highly recommend
