After suffering with shin splints I was recommended by a friend to try the Peterborough store to help out with a new trainer purchase. First time going here, was looked after by a professional runner Jason, after a quick jog on the treadmill he checked my gait and suggested trainers which were a good option, I tried lots on and came away with a new pair, there was no pressure to buy and different price ranges which are matched daily. I cannot recommend Jason and this store enough. Will definitely use again for service and choice. Thankyou.

I bought a pair of trainers and it turned out they were the wrong size. They did not have the correct size and style available so I very easily returned the item and got a full refund almost immediately. That as well as the good communication makes this a great company for me.

Parcel has been with DHL for over 10 days and they haven’t responded to my request for an update over 3 days ago.

Good communication with regard to delivery. Called to check that delivery had arrived.

Once they realised there was a problem I got a very nice phone call and trainers delivered in 2 days. I don’t think the initial problem was their fault more to do with the delivery company, but they were slow to respond and it felt like I was being ignored

I ordered for next day delivery as I needed for an event but trainers were not despatched in time.I was refunded the extra postage I paid for next day. When shoes arrived the tags had been taken off which would suggest I recieved some returned shoes.

Terrible communication from the company. I had to constantly contact to chase delivery when they should have been more proactive. The delivery information advised by them was incorrect & resulted in the shoes arriving too late for my race. I have given them 1 Star as you are unable to give a no star review
